Andriana CNot use them for your services. The owner had a nasty attitude and made it seem as if taking care of one of your customers was not important to him because he had his own business which he made money. In fact he made the comment to the young man who was trying to be polite to hurry up and get me out the building because he had other things to do besides deal with a Uhaul customer. He made it difficult for the representatives on the to be as helpful as they were. I hope and pray that I never have to use a Uhaul again.

Micheal WOnly one person in the office and computer kept freezing up, took way too long to checkin. Very disappointed in the knowledge this person had when asked a question , never clear on anything. Glad I was not in a hurry.
