The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. My only negative comment may be that the vehicles were not located at the office, where you check in and I got a bit confused as to where to sign in to pick up my vehicle. Otherwise everything was great.

There was some damage to the rental unit that was not marked so I had to point out to the rep. The bed of the box had to be sept out due to landscaping clippings scattered around.

I did self drop off as specified in my booking. Once complete I was looking for the key drop and am employee of Rhodes Climate Controlled Storage came up. She said I couldn't drop off a UHaul because they were full. I told her it was too late I just completed the self drop off. She took the key and was rather irritated and annoyed. I specified this drop off location when booking and nothing from UHaul told me not to go there. The truck is safely dropped off. But I would not call the drop of a good or smooth experience. UHaul and Rhodes Climate Controlled Storage in Ooltewah, TN need to get on the same page.

There is only one issue always with Uhaul and that is the system of getting a quick and easy in and out. I do not blame to people that rents the trucks but I do blame the difficulty in the computer system. This location did everything possible to make it as fast as they could. The truck was clean and in good working order, but it got less than 5 miles a gallon of gas. Now that is a bit much. I will continue to use Uhaul but I would recommend this place to anyone. Those two ladies were great.

Your review covers Rhodes, but not UHaul. The check out/in procedure was horrible. It took almost 2 hours to get the truck and the system would not accept my return. I was on a tight deadline and 2 hours late almost lost me a contract. Based on my experience , UHaul cannot be relied upon when it comes to time sensitive/commercial jobs. Rhodes earned 5 stars, UHaul has not earned any yet.

The personnel were helpful at first in letting me know how to drop off the truck after hours. However, there was no follow-up confirmation of the check-in from them, and they were unresponsive to repeated phone calls and voice messages over the next two days. I finally had to call the after-hours number to speak with someone at a central office who wa able to see my feceipt and confirm that the truck had been checked in on time.

To be completely honest. This is the best experience I have had at a U-Haul location. Usually, I am waiting, dealing with someone who doesn't want to be working and just lack of caring. Not with this place. The two women I dealt with were professional while being empathetic to my needs. If U-Haul gives out rewards of any kind, this place deserves it.

Excellent service. I needed a truck last minute to move some equipment locally. I was able to secure a truck at this location without any difficulty, despite the time crunch I faced. Was very pleased with the whole experience, from pick up to drop off.

It allowed me to schedule a uhaul at a location that didn't have the equipment I needed. Therefore I had to go to a farther location which ended up costing me more money so I think you shouldn't allow people to book it without the equipment being available.

I pick the truck up on a Saturday morning it took me 2 1/2 hours to actually get the keys. The app did not work well on my phone and iPhone. Never got to the start button. Finally made three different phone calls was put on hold for 10 minutes three different times ultimately spoke to a human who walked me through the process. The manager at my location had not downloaded the app onto her phone. It should be mandatory that anyone recommending that app has you download it and actually gone through the rental process before recommending the app.

let them know that 10 gallons in a 15 ft truck nets you 1/4 tank of gas.

Office doors were locked during business hours. Not sure why, but it gives a poor initial impression. Le personnel était amical et serviable.

Loosen the wingnut that holds the hand truck in the bed of the truck. We would have used it, but couldn't loosen the wingnut (didn't have tools).

The team was initially very helpful. As I started to pull away from the store my wife noticed one of the tires appeared to be flat. I asked the associate if she had a tire gauge to check it. We couldn't get the tire gauge to work . I asked if there was anyone else who might be able to help. There was not. Not feeling comfortable with condition of the truck to drive. The associate helped me try to locate another store with an available truck. She told the store on the other side of town had one. So I drove over to the store provided. When I got there there was not in fact a same size truck available and the associate at that store called the downtown store to see if they had one available. Luckily they did. What should have been a 30 min trip to pick up the uhaul ended up being a 3 hour excursion of driving around Chattanooga during rush hour.

Samantha, the woman who was manning the U-Haul location, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond what was needed in assisting me. She even bragged on other members of other locations.
