Real pain in the ass for pickup. Needs to be an easier process for it.
Tyler MStart by not charging your customers for two days when tenet only had it for one. I rented it on the 24th and returned it on the 24th. It was also not easy to get the key and I was told by the instructions to put the key in the Dropbox once I was done then to hit continue on my phone. When I hit continue it then asked for a pic of the mileage. I couldn't take the pic because the key was already in the box. I want my $40 back. Just because they didn't check to see if the truck was returned for two days does not mean I didn't return it. This was a scam and I won't be using them or recommending them again.

Nick SI did not like the online and contactless pickup. It was not clear to me how this would work and added a lot of extra time on my part. In the future, if my pickup gets changed in this manner I will cancel and take my business elsewhere where I am able to interact with a person.
