DWAIN SLess things to do on app when returning the truck. It's dangerous when returning late at night when so many pics and stuff needed to be done in order to return it.

MARK FWebsite said they were open at 8 but when we arrived at 9 no one was there and door was locked. Had to use key drop off.
JEFFREY HRented a 20' U-Haul and received it with 1/4 gas, returned the vehicle with 1/4 gas and they charged $25,5 and $30 for fuel, stating that it was at 1/2 a tank. That is over range. Why should I pay a fee for fuel that was not there when I received it. Also, the app was taking so long to load and I could not return the U-Haul with the proper photos that were required. If I was not in such a rush and so frustrated the day of my move, I would have taken photos via my phone.

GEORGE AMake sure tanks are full. I got truck on 1/2 tank. Called immediately and they said just return at same level. I did over $75 into truck and then you bill me a fuel charge. Unacceptable

David BMy reservation had no truck attached to it so I lost a night of packing. I ended up with a 20ft truck that was too large for the few items that I had. No monetary accommodation was made for the mistake that was made.

Sharron RThis is my second time using the application pickup and both times I had to call it took over 30 minutes due to app rejecting pictures of my license or headshot. The process is as long dealing with the rude workers at the North Jackson location. The application needs to be tweaked to speed up the process.

ann kThere was no one to check me in. I had to do it through the app which was very complicated. Also, i paid to rent two dolly's which were not there. This was not a good experience at all.

Stephanie GThe truck cab was filthy and the floor board was covered in pet hair and what appeared to be mud at first but smelt like feces. The back of the truck had not been swept out and there were small broken mirror shards throughout. I would not have accepted the truck but there was no one on site and the entire day had been planned around getting the truck. The truck was in good working order and the personless pick-up and drop-off were easy enough to figure out though extremely inconvenient given the state of the truck.
Timothy GMy reservation was modified by U-Haul 3 times including 3 different locations. The second location was the place I was expected to pick up the truck. The truck was not available and no one was on site for support. Customer service line was helpful, but I had to go to a different site to pick up a truck. This delayed transport of my items to the new location which caused me to miss other appointments.
Bradley WThe location was closed due to staff illness but the Area Field Manager responded immediately to my call and personally drove to the drop off location to check in the equipment. Overall the team worked to make a smooth transaction.

Then I had to drive 43 miles out of the way to return the truck to another town that I had to pay milage on. so not really happy...
Robert OI've rented 3 different times from this location and always had a great experience. Mr. Robert makes sure that you are taken care of. The lot is easy to move around and is very safe, even after hours.
