The people there were great but your service was not. Your app did not work at all. It said we had returned our truck but their system said it had not so it took way longer than it should. We had the check engine light come on and were told it was ok to drive it another 200 miles. They are not really a U Haul Center and do not have the tools they need.

Mark TI was bringing the trailer back, called the store asked if I bought it back yesterday instead of today would I just get get the day charge, they said yes and if I bought it back today I would get another day added, when I delivered the trailer yesterday and was getting paperwork, they still charged me for another day, I could have waited for today.

Elizabeth YMy truck had a loud drive line rearend hum at 40 to 55 mph, I let people know at drop off. Sounds like someone will be stranded sooner than later. Pleasant people on both ends. I would like the seat to be higher felt like I neede a booster seat ;-)

Kevin RWe had a lot of handling problems, with bad swaying,PU was loaded facing forward on trailer. The tires were almost new but not 8 ply, in the right hands the trailer could very well loss control and crash. I am a retired truck driver and understand towing and road control.

Arthur RRented another trailer that I pre-inspected because the one before had damage when I rented it at the last second everything was changed had to go to another location trailer had damage on it again it's just not a good experience. Both trailers are rented in one week had damage and neither experience was very smooth or easy

Ralph RThis was actually a rental we made one day after scheduling a 24/7 rental the day before. My wife and I both called the 800 number and were in hold over an hour and a half each before someone answered. Be aware, we found out the hard way. You half to be there to pick up the equipment with half an hour in the scheduled time! We missed it due to a long days travel with 3 young boys only to have someone tell else "sorry we can't rent you that truck". No where during the rental process does it mention this window. We guess a time based on everything going right with 6 hours of travel and surprise! It didn't. Luckily we didn't waste a trip as a new truck became available the next day at this location. And they were great here. Just be aware of that window! We weren't and the 800 number was useless and unhelpful.
steven CI really appreciate the help from the employ at Ace Hardware . Vinny He help us get the right size ball for the hitch. As mine was for travel trailer. Hooked up the 9 by 5 ,open trailer and showed me how to do it. As I had never pulled any trailer before. Made it safely to destination! Thanks

LONN SIt seems the staff was unclear at first how to help me, or process a U-Haul transaction. After they figured it out, it went well. They gave me clear directions on use of the equipment and got me on the road quickly.
Nathan DThe day before our move, U-haul told us our reserved truck was no longer available, so we would have to drive over an hour to this location for another truck. We changed our entire schedule (movers, landlords, etc) to make it work. The next day, we used the app to pick up the truck. We completed the pickup procedure and were instructed to go inside and get the keys. We found the location manager on the phone with U-haul cancelling our reservation to give it to someone else. This was not the fault of this location - the manager was doing his job to help his customers, but U-haul should not have allowed that to happen. The manager eventually realized what happened and was very apologetic. He then helped us secure another truck of the same size, something that a U-haul rep on the phone was unable to do. After losing our truck twice, adjusting the schedules of our moving help twice, driving over two extra hours, and losing over four hours of valuable time on moving day, U-haul only offered an insignificant discount for our trouble. I would not recommend U-haul, but if you NEED to use them, going through Ridleys is your best bet at getting a good experience!
