Tyler MWe had a tire blow out on I80 and the nearest place with the correct tire size was Salt Lake City. The spare wouldn't make it so we opted to tow it to the dealership. When we arrived, the employees that helped us went above and beyond. Incredibly grateful for their kindness. Absolutely would recommend this location because of them. THANK YOU ALL!

Joseph BRental agent was surely and quite ignorant of rental procedures. Had to repeat my information 6 or 7 times as he fumbled through the process. This was in front of my son in law. The agent was very rude and will cost your company future business.
raymond mThey were not ready and the truck was much smaller than expected. I also believe they did not properly record the odometer. I made a reservation in Evanston and was forced to pick up from here, I would not do it again.

DARRYL NI had originally reserved a 4' x 8' enclosed trailer. I upgraded to a 5' x 8' one, and prepaid for it online. The person at Ridley's had a hard time discerning which trailer I wanted and did not readily see that I had prepaid for it.
Michael NThe gentleman that helped me was very good, and helpful! I was confused on some parts of the transfer, but he was very patient and kind enough to help me get the trailer turned in. Please thank him again, for me.
CHRISTOPHER JAddress took me to the wrong street, had to drive around and find the lot, maybe some kind of wheel chocks as working lot has a slight incline and it took me a few tries to stop the trailer rolling away.

Kirk TSomehow there was a mix up when I turned in the Uhaul. I got a very curt email claiming I hadn't fullfilled my obligation to bring the equipment back. I had returned said equipment early and had it inspected at the location. I am sure it was just some issue with the u hail person at the store. The person at the store was very nice and knowledgeable as well as helpful. I thought he did a good job. I feel like the corporate company could have simply called the store and asked about the trailer vs just immediately sending the email. Just my 2 thoughts
STEPHEN GI had to drive 90 miles to pick up a trailer so I am not very happy
Norman GThe 26 foot truck that was given to me was very old and beat up. The windshield was not properly installed. 280 Miles into my 400 mile move the transmission went out leaving the truck with only 3rd gear and reverse. Trucks in that condition should be retired and not given out to paying customers relying on a vehicle to be roadworthy.
Mark SEven the lady in Kemmerer couldn't believe it cost that much money to go that distance. She called u haul headquarters and tried to help me out but they had some kind of reason. I told her thanks just forget about it.
jim gA reservation in Rock Springs more than a month before should guarantee a vehicle in Rock Springs. No real discount, even when the truck was turnednin early. Not cool.

Steve Mmade request for a 4X8 cargo trailer weeks in advance. Should have been available; instead, I was provided with a 5X8 cargo trailer. I hope next year this does not repeat itself.

Daniel KIn the past we've always liked U-Haul but this time was horrible when we picked the truck up it was trashed in the cab and back and the guy Kenneth at RIDLEY'S FAMILY MARKET told us we didn't have to fill the truck up cause we had to clean SOMEONE'S ELSE'S GARBAGE and we returned it on the correct day but y'all are still trying to charge us $154 if this isn't corrected we'll NEVER use U-Haul again and I'll let all my friends know not to use them either this is totally BULLSHIT?!!!!!!! PLEASE CORRECT YOUR MISTAKE OR I WANT COMPETITION FOR CLEANING UP SOMEONE'S ELSE'S GARBAGE
