Nathan FI have tried numerous times to reach out to Uhual in regards to Thiers facility scamming me out of money and no one has ever reached out to me!!! I will go directly to BBB to further this matter. Beware of the sites who rent they are crooks!!!
Yvonne MI had to wait an hour to get my truck. I had opted for the "touch free" option where I can do everything with my phone. My truck would not get released to me and I had to go inside where it took about an hour to get my truck. This completely messed up my schedule for the remainder of the day. After I drop off the truck, I saw that I was charged for insurance even though I opted for no insurance and my order reflects that I opted for no insurance..still got charged. It took a week to get that refunded. This is absolutely horrible.
AIYAD ALocation pick up and drop off was great, but was about 20 miles out of my way seeing what area I'm in. They did give me a discounted per mile rate seeing that, that was my only option for that size of truck. As far as the gentleman that set me up. He was awesome and very informative on returning after hours if need be.

Vickey MBetter customer service and have people at the location waiting for customer to pick up vehicle before just going to lunch especially if it's just one person working. Poor service
