Lukus RI rented a truck for a move and the air didn't work, I spent all day in the heat, that's not a good service, I'm dissatisfied because of that and I'll tell you when I return it and they charged me for everything, as if the truck was in good condition is not fair
Juan RI got rerouted to a location further away than I wanted. My original location was only 2 blocks from my move. The area of town I was sent to was very sketchy to the point where I didn't feel safe in the area. The couple running the store sold me a $15 lock that I didn't even need for the truck (scam) and were so slow with service. I returned the truck within 4 hours as we were done only to get all the way back to the location and they had closed for lunch. Would have been nice to know when I pick up the truck when they wouldn't be there. Then had to make a second trip to return the keys and the cart. Will likely not rent from Uhaul again after everything that happened.
Elizabeth AThis place was rude and disrespectful towards me. I'm a business owner and moving to a bigger building that my contractor told me they would be done the next day so I loaded up the uhaul. The contractor didn't get done until 3 days later I notified the u haul and everyday for 3 days they hounded me and talked to me very unprofessionally telling what do you us to do about these other customers who want that truck I explained to them my truck is loaded and my contractor said one day and actually took longer because of some issues doing the floor and the lady was so rude to me making me feel like I did something wrong it's my fault that this other customer doesn't have a truck I repeatedly told them I was so sorry but they acted like I was getting on their nerves and told me I will never be allowed to rent from this location again. Well I'm a paying customer and y'all got every dollar for the the time I had the rental so why make it hard and disrespectful to me y'all charged me for the days I had it that's fine I understand business but to banned me and treat me if I stole or didn't pay for the your inconvenience isn't how to handle a good customer. Things happen that are out of our control you guys need to understand I've rented uhauls plenty of times to see actually how much I use uhauls every year at least 12-15 times a year for the last 8 years but I've never ran into any other location that treated me this way. Never again

LOUIS EThe truck bed was not cleaned. We removed the larger pieces of debris but had to leave smaller items (like broken light bulbs and other). Interior floors appeared to have someone with a lot of mud on their boots. We really did not take issue with the interior floors as it is a truck we rented. Just not as clean as the ones we usually rent. As for the people running this location, they were superb. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely recommend to others.

Kimberly JMake sure the vehicle was actually give to your customers the way they say it was given and not at 48 miles to empty! Then want to Charlene your customer 19$ fee when we filled it up 3/8 of a tank that y'all request but because it's parked where they request us to park it was a little under the dile and the angle he took the pic he still charged us! Then top it off he was very rude and disrespectful talking about how I need to have proper payment method and not have multiple to his co worker! That is rude customer service! I will never recommend anyone to U-Haul again! And I will never go again

Greshanna E2nd time in 3 yrs i ordered dollies and blankets on your website to only arrive and found none. no call to make me aware so i could make other arrangements. 1st time thought was a fluke obviously it's how u do business. needless to say never again and will tell anyone who listens what a joke u-haul is.

kimber kthis place does not look real. it appears to be an abandoned building surrounded in fences and all locked up. the phone number is not real and goes to a fax line. the phone number listed on the top of the building is also not working. when i made my reservation with uhaul i was given the option of returning the equipment to an alternative location with the offer of a significant discount. this location was 40 minutes away from where i moved to and i couldnt even leave the truck there because i didnt feel comfortable doing so due to the appearance of the so called business and non working phone numbers. i called uhal and they gave me a new location to return the equipment and when i arrived there the person working told me they dont accept uhaul trailers. I told the man that uhaul told me to bring the truck and trailer there and that they knew i had a trailer at that time. then entire experience in trying to return the equipment was horrible.

Kyle LThe truck was clean for the most part but smelled absolutely horrible. It smelled like whoever was in it last had been smoking something in the cab or smelled really bad when they got in and it lingered. Everything else was good.
Matthew WI had trouble returning the trailer since it was after hours. I called to let uhaul know and followed up Wednesday after seeing a text about the return being over due. I again followed up Friday and I was told it would be taken care of. I had returned it same day and the next week got a bill for " 6 days overdue ". It was extremely frustrating especially since I had called 3 times over the previous week. Thankfully Gabby in customer service was able to help me and stayed on the phone with me while she wrote up the discrepancy. Loved Gabby but very disappointed in Uhaul. Probably wouldn't use this service again.

Chadwick tMake sure you'll test drive the truck after each returns to assure that's it drivable. Truck was clean but was scared it was going to break down or lose the ability to brake. Thank God I wasn't planning on moving far away. I was able to take city street and stay within my mileage range.
Eugenia SWas changed a deposit when I was told I would over drafted my card because they put a hold but pulled money. staff didn't know what they were doing or talking about. Clean house and start with a new trained staff .

Martin CIt took me an extra hour and a half to pick up my rental truck. The process was messed up from the start when I scheduled a mobile pick up, in the morning, at a different location. Even though it let me schedule there, I was redirected to a different location, because the prior one somehow didn't have the truck. After waiting almost an hour on the phone, your customer service explained that my settings were never saved for mobile pick up. From there, I ran into another problem. I wasn't able to get the truck key, because it wasn't even in the truck. I had to sit on the phone with another customer service representative. After that they were able to get a hold of the location manager, who brought me the key. Mentally exhausted with such a frustrating process, I left an hour and a half behind schedule. The only redeeming part of process was the extremely helpful customer service representative. I do not wish to use U-Haul ever again.
Tanner LWas charged $268,75 and then charged an additional $36,94 and I left the truck with 3/4 tank of fuel and clean and under the estimated mileage. Original charge was going to be $234. And they said since it was going to be returned on Sunday after hours it was an additional $20 . I understand the $268,75 since it was originally going to be $234 but not sure why $36,94
JOSE PThe app was not working, but luckily the shop was open. The young lady working there that day was super nice and helpful. It was such a pleasure that she helped me. I wish I could remember her name, because she deserves to be noted for her kind, helpful and happy demeanor.
Joseph VWe originally were set up to pick-up the trailer on N. Main street, but they didn't have one ready for us. My only issue for the N. Main street location, they should have called me before I had arrive, to let me aware. Megan at the Ephriham location was outstanding! The customer service that called me and found another location was outstanding.

Deborah SAccurately checked in trailer, but was not present during normal business hours (Friday at 3 PM). Was not able to reach anyone after several attempted phone calls. Telephone answering system is terrible.
CHARLES TThe location was closed when we arrived. No after hour phone number. We had to change our account to gain access. This took more than 30 mins. Once we got into the truck, we did not have the items from our order including dolly and blankets. We awaited for the location to open. The employee was rude and not empathetic. She said she did not have those items, could not provide them and it was Uhaul's fault for letting us place the items on our order.

KELDRICK MWe chose to do a mobile check in and to start, the padlock was extremely hard to get off of the truck. I called in and got help to get into the truck and when we finally got it open the representative was still on the phone. I noted immediately that there was no appliance dolly in the back as requested and that there was a utility dolly that we could use. The rep stated that the truck was already signed to us and that he could not fix the fees. We also returned the truck outside of business hours (mobile) and now we have a bill for a missing appliance dolly that was never in the truck and furniture pads that we never used. We ordered 12 furniture pads which were returned and the seal never opened but now we are being charged for 12 missing and 24 rented. I have submitted an email but of course have already been charged for these "missing" items even though no one has even bothered to call and go over them with me. I suppose once your card is on file, they just charge you for whatever they feel like. I have never had a problem with Uhaul services in the past but this overall experience at this location and with the mobile check in has been horrendous.
