Used the storage facility for 4 years no issue. But when I used their U haul, issues arose. Lupe stated to my husband should I bitch slap you? I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Overpriced but convenient at the time . If you want quality and friendliness don't use themâ€¦Todd C.

We were sent to this location because the original reservation location did not have our truck. Although some things like that our out of our control we were put 2 hours behind schedule. Not only was it an inconvenience for us but an inconvenience for the friends and family helping us move. There was nothing wrong with this location. Everything went very smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cheaper than anywhere else. Customer service was awesome.ROBIN G.
People were great. Truck was nice, clean, and functional. Didn't expect to return the truck after close (3:30pm), but only missed it my 30 minutes. I had the truck from approx 10:45 - 4pm. One round trip 66ish miles total. Would have been nice to get a 30-60 second explanation of phone check-in process, just in case. Instead, I made sure the truck was clean, both CAB and CARGO areas, took a picture of fuel/mileage, locked up, put the key in the lockbox and drove away. As I got a few minutes away, i clicked the link to the phone check out, and realized i needed two pictures of "cleanliness" and one for fuel/mileage. The app did not OFFER the ability to upload the picture i took, only to TAKE a picture. Manually entering the data was not enough, so i submitted a picture of my car dash. That was repeated twice for the "cleanliness". There was no opportunity to return (even if inclined) to take pictures as the truck was locked and key in the box. A quick explanation of that process might better prepare a diligent customer.TIMOTHY G.

Moving can be a source of worry and anxiety and sanctioned theft. Well having said that, getting Uhaul along with their helpers was one of the best decisions we made, and it was entirely affordable. Highly recommend for a stress free move!BRIAN S.

I have full coverage auto insurance that covers rental of ANY vehicle. I have used said insurance in the past with Uhaul. The person behind the counter would not rent to me unless I purchased insurance I didn't need. I was in a bind and needed the truck for an emergency situation so I felt victimized by the experience. I will continue to use Uhaul in the future when the need arises. But not from that location.Brian K.

You should really be more informative about the process of online checking in. Even the desk attendant could not help me and my reservation, on your end, was not completely properly. Took two phone calls and an hour to figure it out!!! The First Lady was not helpful, Ronnie, on the second call, was. This was a bad tech experience.Ramona V.
