Fast, friendly people. Would recommend
Kristine KTruck had sensor issues...anti slip warning kept activating over minor bumps which in turn cancelled cruise control. Eventually anti-slip, anti-lock and brake warning lights lit up on dash with a notice that hill start assist was unavailable. All dash warning lights turned off on the drive to drop it off. River Valley Repairs is rural (spotty cell service), has secured wifi, but didn't show a wifi password. I had to wander their property looking for a cell signal...it would have been nice if they exposed public wifi.

Gregory BPoor internet service at the location made the app difficult to use. The check engine light was on when I picked up the truck
Paul Mlow oil light on truck was on when i picked up truck and pulled out of location. Did not like that the truck had roll-down windows so I could not open passenger side window while driving. Passenger side mirror was not in a position I could use, could not be adjusted from driver's seat or manually--had no adjustability. Need to make sure equipment is fully loaded for safety and convenience!

Jonathan SThe facility is great, no complaints at all about River Valley but... Your app is ridiculous. Way more involved, complicated, and tone consuming than it needs to be for both pick-up and drop-off. If I need a u-haul again, I won't be using the app.

Candace BThe computer system that U haul uses to book and get the truck sucks. With all the money you charge it should be fast. Not a slow process. Invest in a modern system. It was faster yeah s ago when you used triplicate with carbon paper.

diane dThe one comment is that though I choose the location in Lords Valley, PA, I was never notified that the trailer was not available there. Had we not stopped in the day before to check, we would have gone there which is where our storage is only to find no trailer. A phone call from UHual would have been helpful.

ALLEN RMake sure the location the customer chooses actually had the chosen U-Haul. There was an error when I did mine, I reserved it one place, but my order went to another location. Luckily we found all this out before the day I was to pick up the trailer, even if we did have to go further out of our way to get it.
