We did not count on having to drive to Blaine Lake which is 85 kilometres out of our way to get a truck. I had booked a truck in Saskatoon, which was rented out to somebody else.... Not cool or what one wants to hear 2 days before preparing for an already stressful, and a big move. Other than that the service was good, the truck got us moved. And we are glad it is over. We appreciate a few of the compensation perks for our inconvenience.

Employees at this location need to be trained on how to rent out trailers. Somehow I was sent off with a trailer registered to someone else.

When dropping off the Uhaul in Blaine Lake on the evening of August 19th the employee didn't know how to accept the uhaul. I ended up calling uhaul on the 20th as it still had not been checked in and only just received confirmation today that it was checked in to the system. I also have not received notification of my uhaul refund has been approved or not and was told that would happen upon return of the trailer. Overall, it has not been a good experience.

Please advise the reps to not charge a $100 deposit fee into credit cards anymore. The deposit is only meant for cash or debit purchases, not credit as labelled in your contracts. Thank you.

The right market lamp didn't work when picked up. I asked before I for there if the unit was checked over.

I have been charged for a 1/4 tank of gas, but it was clearly marked in pen on the receipt the tank was empty. I am renting another truck next week to complete the move and need this cleared up or I will rent the truck from some other company

The computer return seemed to be complicated and hard for the operator to figure out. Either a simpler sysrem or better training would help streamline the return.

Booking was on the wrong day; had to drive 120 miles to pick one up; a move that should have cost $70 was nearly $500. No moving pads, dollies or packing supplies. Very disappointing experience.

The unit had been driven on a gravel road and had plenty of mud on it. The inside was clean however, the tires were good unlike other Uhauls I have rented before.

The gas station attendant was not properly trained to rent Uhaul equipment. He was as helpful as possible, but the management needs to provide training or ensure a trained staff member is working when uhaul rentals are scheduled.

You can stop lying to your customers when they confirm a piece ofequipment and location. I spent 6 hrs talking with your useless staff regarding the Prince Albert, SK location giving my.big trailer away and only having a tiny one left thst caused me to drive an additional 100 km to do 2 tripS. Your company is completely un professional and will never use you again or recommend you. Biggest waste of my time.and stress because of idiots not doing their job. You want to discuss this further feel free to call me.

The only thing I was upset with is the booking as I asked for a pickup in Saskatoon and had to travel an hour one way to go get a trailer. I found out late the night before pick and could not change my plans so I had no choice but to go get that trailer an extra cost I was not planning on. Very disappointing we have used haul before and had no problem but this was an inconvience.

My original booking was for a location in Saskatoon, but UHaul made me travel an hour outside the city, using my own gas, to Blaine Lake. There was a truck at Blaine Lake, but the back was dirty, and the location did not have a dolly or furniture pads that I'd ordered. So, back an hour to Saskatoon, this time paying for the truck's and my car's fuel. I then had to drive to the other end of city to get my dolly and furniture pads. Okay, they gave me some extra free kms but that didn't nearly cover all the extra driving/fuel costs. And UHaul isn't doing anything about it despite a number of phone calls. UHaul is corrupt. I will never use them again.

Have the u haul agent start the truck ahead of time and have him/her check the unit out before the customer takes unit. Had broken ft headlight casing bracket and it made it look like the unit/truck only had one head light while operating on highway. Good thing it was driven in the daylight hours and not at night

At this location and in Winnipeg the service was beyond anything I expected. But as for the locations in Saskatoon they still need some help knowing how to use their computer systems.

I was disappointed in that I was called one day prior to pick up and told that my trailer had to be picked up by me, at this location one hour from my home- costing me valuable time and money. Furthermore, the wires on the trailer were frayed. I was told to take trailer to Saskatton to have fixed. This would have cost me additional time. So i had a friend fix, while I loaded. The trailer and equipment was fine after that. I would say the service was substandard.
