We had a one way rental, but were charged mileage. We also returned the truck just above 1/4 tank which was more than was in it at pickup, but the receipt we were emailed after the fact said it was almost empty and we were charged $64 for gas.

No suggestions. The person was very friendly. It is a drive through with 3 Uhaul trucks in the parking lot. I didn't care much for the neighborhood, but I was very happy to get the truck I needed on such short notice. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

The pick up location opened 1.25 hours late while I had movers waiting at $90 an hour costing me an hour of time I had to pay for the ineptness of the pickup location. The truck was filthy inside, both the cab and loading area. Further the truck was horribly out of a front end alignment and felt like it had no shock absorbers at all. When I called your customer service the manager hung up on me. I will be seeking a 50% refund via any means available to me. You may call me at 9376051096.

I’m not for sure if it was the locations fault or uhaul fault, but I’m a young female doing a move pretty much alone and requested/paid for a dolly. I had LOTS of heavy furniture and a washer/dryer. I did self pickup after business hours and they didn’t put a dolly on it!! I tried to call and was on hold forever, it was to late to go to an inside location and I couldn’t find one at a store. I ended up having to leave a bunch of stuff behind, including the washer/dryer and I’m so upset. It ruined my whole move. I WILL NOT be using Uhaul again. Further, the lady that helped with the check in process was very rude and I do not recommend using the app either.

We requested a dolly and did not get it upon arrival. This made the moving process so much harder. In addition, the employee had several issues with the computer and printer. The process took much, much longer than necessary. We’ve used your service many times and have never had any issues. However, this time was we left very disappointed.

This is 1st & foremost a drive-thru beer seller. Cars in the drive-thru take precedence over doing U-Haul paperwork. The owner is courteous & tries hard, but you know you're #2. Beyond that, U-Haul has problems or challenges communicating contracts when things require sending a customer to a new location. Kudos that they try to be responsive, but the execution needs work. I have to contact U-Haul (not the sideline dealers) to get some charges reversed. I hope that will be successful.
