Mary AI had the pickup location in my town when someone from U-Haul called and told me I would have to drive 15 miles away to get it and then I got charged $45 extra for going over 15 miles when I never requested that.

Brandy JSpray lube and a pair of channel locks . Any one who has ever used a ratchet strap knows why. Unlubed ratchets are not friendly weather they are yours , mine or new in the box. Nature of the beast.
