I reserved a 15 ft truck, they game me a 26 ft which was way too big it had a broken side mirror was very unsafe, thankfully we made it safely to our destination
KIMBERLY BBe more accurate in your gas tank level assessments. I was charged for $15 fill up upon return when I had, just a few minutes prior, returned the tank level to its original reading, as per agreement. I actually (verifiable with before and after pictures) returned with more fuel than when I picked it up. Our return credit of $67, after the reversal and subsequent $52 charge, still has not shown up on our credit card account. The new charge showed up almost immediately, but the return credit STILL has not been completed.

Emilee RI don't know if this location is a satellite location but it caught me off guard. This actually speaks more about me than the location and company, but I wonder if other clients have felt the same. Not sure if it could be brought the the customers attention ahead of time when a drop off location is chosen, to let them know prior the type of drop off location it is. Aka, this was not managed by Uhual but by people in a convenience store. Really not a big deal, but thought I'd share. Please tell me I'm not a "Karen" 藍

Eugene FOnly negative is the rub rails inside trailer had been replaced with rails tight against walls that couldn’t be used to secure cargo.
Eugene FPlace was ran poorly. I asked multiple times if I was allowed to use the furniture pads in my storage unit without being charged and they said yes. And now I'm being charged $50 for it. Zero help whatsoever just handed me the contract and showed me where the trailers were.

Bridget HAsk if there was someone there to help me hook the trailer to the truck. I have a bad back. She said there was no one there. But there was a guy in a u haul truck on his laptop.. He had A u haul shirt on. I was able to hook the trailer to the truck. But I will never go there again. There was someone there that could have helped me. He just didn't want to.
steven dThe truck was in good and clean condition. The trailer had a tire that was very low on air and the air compressor which we had to pay to use was broken. We had to go to another location to fill the tire. Poor upkeep. The young lady who checked us out was very friendly and efficient very overworked

William CI was given a truck that did not have a key to unlock passenger doors and did not realize until I go ready to leave with uhaul loaded the next morning!!! Had to call a locksmith to unlock door. Then unable to lock truck for entire trip because NO KEY TO UNLOCK!!
Vicky FWasn't the best but still think you guys are great. The truck literally had tape holding up the mirror, the passenger door didn't close all the way. I was only going a short distance, if I had been going far I would not trust it.
LESA PThe box leaked all over my clothes and electronics the side mirror was taped on and Wednesday up. The transmission is going out. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I would like a refund.

Shalimar Storage By The Sea...only to find out on the morning of the move that they didn't have the truck... so I had to drive to Rizzy's instead... after calling the scheduled movers saying I would be late... once at Rizzys all went well...

Greg WHave have better customer services. Pick the U-Haul up The next day the tire started going down put air in it next day still going down stop by local big dealership in Panama City Florida was told there was nothing they could do had to call roadside but more air in it . Next I get up headed to Lowe's tire start losing air again we're going flat fast. Got to Lowe's condo side was going to be 90 minutes before maybe get to it. It's been about $30 in air
BARRY WMy fault i guess but i thought you were reimbursed for being over starting gas amount. Not the case for future reference.

Glenn BBetween issues with the ignition, the truck clearly not being looked at after the previous user, and the "new" battery dying leading to a 2 hour delay to our move while waiting for roadside assistance, this was one of the worst Uhaul experiences I've had. When I explained the issues to the individual working when I returned the equipment, they showed no remorse for the fact that there were many problems and slow-downs that we had with the truck, all of which had to do with a lack of care on their end. I'd recommend renting a Uhaul from literally any other location in town.

Floyd hWell when I went in to get the keys, the front desk lady almost didn't let me get the vehicle without me really pressing that I didn't want the supplemental vehicle insurance. When I have to say 'no, thank you' ten times about the same thing in three minutes, I've lost my patience. Won't be back.

Justin DIt was at a Shell gas station and the Greyhound bus came in so we needed to wait to be checked out. The attendant was very efficient, so it was fine. It was open on Sunday and we needed to return on Sunday, so that was a huge plus.
Dorothy HTruck ran very poorly. Check oil light was on when I picked it up and it idled roughly making it extremely difficult to back up and stop without it lurching. Ordered a hand dolly and truck came without one. Attendant said they did not have one available and would take it off the order. Was charged for 13 gallons of gasoline and only drove the truck for less than 30 miles total. Will never use U-Haul again. Horrible experience.
Bernard OI was charged 0,89 cent a mile at 114 miles at return. But I paid for the first 50 miles when I got the truck, so I should've only had to pay 64 miles at checkout and the clerk refused/didn't know how to make any corrections so I was overcharged about $40
Andrew FFor only 35k miles on the truck and it to need an alignment already, the back passenger tail light was out, and it rode absolutely horrible...absolutely THE WORST experience ive had with uhaul...
Brandon VVery busy with public transportation (bus) people and the inside help were not helpful with my return. I would not recommend this location.
