This is my second rental from this location and the service is always fast and friendly. East communication. Trailer was clean and in good shape with the only issue being that there was a burnt out running light.

Very helpful gent. He took the time and effort to turn my truck around, at my request, to park the trailer. He made it possible for me to be in, complete the return formalities and back on the road very quickly. Good guy!

It was ready for me when I was ready for it, and Rick was quick with the paperwork processing. Drop-off after my time with the trailer was simple too. No issues to speak of, just really wish I could get this trailer from the U-Haul rental just 2 miles from my house instead of one that's 25 minutes away.

Despite being a "24/7" location with no contact pick-up/drop off…Rick walked me through the entire process via calls and texts. Michele FOriginally I started off with Sunoco in Westminster Maryland. With a complicated trip ahead of me it would have been nice If I could understand what they were saying. Definitely a language barrier! Plus they weren't exactly pleasant. When on the other hand Ricks Road Rescue on liberty road could not have been more helpful. Rick is definitely customer oriented and went out of his way to help me with all of the confusion. If you want a secure and safe rig for a long haul Rick is the way to go. Once again I highly recommend Rick's Road Rescue.

Grant BNeeded a truck an trailer for a last minute purchase of a jeep 4 hours from my home. Rick was cool as could be , made the entire process very easy and most importantly was HONEST. Rushing through the app I accidentally clicked a bigger truck then I needed , and clicked that I needed moving blankets and dollies. Instead of making an easy extra bucks off me he adjusted my bill without any issues. Kept an easy form of communication the whole way via text and his staff was friendly. Clean maintained equipment. Would recommend to anyone in the Westminster md area.
Leonard FI rented a trailer to haul my Jeep to an off-road event about 2,5 hours from my home. On the return trip, my trailer experienced a tire blow-out. I had to call U-Haul and rely on a local contractor to bring me a new wheel and tire. I thought it odd when I picked up the trailer that it didn't come with any spare tires, but certainly wished it had as I was sitting on the side of I-81 for 2 hours. I could've had the tire changed in about 3 minutes if it came with one.

Brian FI was over charged for one. The owner as he stated several times told me how little I knew about a trailer and he had all the knowledge and I was made out to be an idiot. The guy was an unprofessional unwelcoming jerk. I called and asked if I could change my pick up time. He said yes. I arrived at 10:45 am. It took 45 minutes to do what should've been 5 minutes. I departed the location at 11:35 I returned the trailer at approximately 8 am. Not a single person around. I put the trailer in the location I picked it up from and left. Per the agreement it states to return to location by appointed time. I did. I was called at 1:15 pm and belittled for not having called to tell the "Owner" I had returned the trailer. The owner said. " what time did you drop of the trailer? It to dark to see on my video cameras. I said 8 am. I was belittled for following the agreement and told I was suppose to notify him personally. I don't believe this to be true. I will never use that service again. What a disappointment to be treated and talked down too by the owner. I should've been charged for only one 1 day. I was charged in excess of what I should've been charged and it's a lie. Uttering. It's a crime. Never will I use that location for anything. Joseph A Miller III
Joseph MWith the drop-off location, I can understand how the location looked. Let's be real. It is a tow yard…. I wasn't expecting a Ritz Carlton where they'll put a napkin on your lap, feed you watercress tea crackers and tell you a bedtime story. I dropped off the trailer and left. They did their job. Keep both the pick-up and drop-off locations the same.
Drew SOnce you find the sign to call someone (doors to both buildings were locked), they answered right away and walked me through the pick-up process over the phone. Very helpful and made things quick and easy. Same went for drop-off. Despite the appearance of the place, the entire rental went faster and smoother than any other rental I've ever experienced. Only complaint - after the fact when I finally looked at my receipt the next day, I saw I was charged the extra $14 for damage coverage when I'm 100 % sure I toggled to decline it because I NEVER purchase it. Not worrying about it but just making others aware. One other note, too ... make sure to be VERY thorough with providing ALL required information when reserving online as it will make the rental go a LOT smoother!
