the trailer was not at the location in the confirmation email. even though location had 6 of the trailers I needed they refused to give me one. they refused to apologize, they refused to honor the $50 pickup location guarantee and they acted like it was my fault for not checking the website every 20 mins for changes instead of trusting the confirmation email I had received. completely horrible.

I requested a van in Albany. I was rerouted to slingerlands nearly 10 miles away. I added close to half an hour to the day and at 99 cents a mile added unnecessary miles to my cost. I had no choice in the matter and it will impact my rental choices in the future. At the time of rental, there were several vans available. Bad customer service.

Beware - reserved a 15’ Truck 1 week in advance. Arrived and was told that a u-haul Supervisor at a different location bumped the truck down to a 10’ truck. No one called or notified me of this. I was stuck with a 10’ truck and had to take 2 trips spending More $ on gas.

Horrible experience. We were overcharge. We were never told that there was going to be a hold put on the credit card! We were basically charged 3 times the actual amount. We only rented the van for one hour and forty five minutes. It was all local. Now we are out over $100.

Overall, a good experience. Customer service was friendly, professional, and quick. My only problem was that I asked for a 9’ cargo van and after receiving the email confirmation I realized they had reserved a 10’ truck for me. Changing the reservation online was easy and everything went smoothly from there.

I selected my drop off location. He told me sorry that location is not in computer but it doesn’t matter where you drop off. He also had me having truck till 9/2 when I clearly said drop off same day. It was a bit of an issue dropping off as I wasn’t in the receiving location system either. Pick up and drop off took longer than necessary.

This is the second time I've rented a uhaul. Both times I've gotten an error message when trying to return the uhaul online. It states that it can't find my location. Both times I've made sure my location services are on

We walked in and were able to rent a truck immediately for a few hours on a Sunday afternoon to move some items from one house to another. Staff was efficient and pleasant.

Back of the uhaul was filthy and had two hand trucks loose on the floor (neither were needed) Third time renting from this location and each time they appeared under staffed. Very difficult to check in or out in due to staffing.

The service was excellent. However, the truck locks on both doors were very difficult to unlock; I was worried the key might break. Also, the lock provided for the cargo bay did not work. UHaul needs to service this vehicle and make sure that the locks work well so that stress isn't added to moving.
