Maybe warn people that the self checkout takes about 15-20 mins to do if you're a first timer. So they can plan accordingly for the pickup time.

As I said before these guys were really on their game. Extremely helpful and helped me change drop off location so I didn't have to drive all over to drop off equipment. Thanks Rob's Automotive

The lot was very accessible. There was no difficulty in dropping off trailer. Spaces were clearly marked. There is also a inexpensive gas station down the road which is super convenient. I did call Rob's auto repair during my drop off. And the employee there a helpful young woman, helped me change my drop off of the truck in town. For some reason uhaul wanted me to drop everything off all across town. As if picking up equipment across town wasn't difficult enough. But the staff at Rob's Auto repair called dispatch and solved that for me. They also have an after hours drop off, which was for me super convenient because it took me all day to unload, but because I got the equipment there same day and used after hour drop off I wasn't charged an extra day!! Thanks Rob's!!

I cannot think of anything that needs improvement. Robs Auto Repair LLC is consistently, the best U-Haul rental location I've dealt with when renting a trailer. The trailers are always ready to use when reserved. I have rented a U-Haul trailer from Stone Depot before with poor results (trailer not ready with flat tires). Again I am consistently happy with Robs automotive LLC. Thank you, Michael Fine

The attendant was so nice and helpful. I had seen their sign for almost 6 years but never had needed a reason to go their. Their yard is well kept up and very secure. I'll remember them in the future.

It was a weird set up with standing outside and talking to the Uhaul representative through a small hole in a metal screen. It was raining and there was no overhead cover, so you got a little wet filling out forms and whatnot. The employees were friendly and professional, though.

The online truck return check out process was confusing. I put the key back in the appropriate lockbox upon return to pickup site but then was asked to take and upload photos of the odometer reading and gas tank. By that time those two things were no longer viewable on the instrument panel. People should be made aware of this error in the order of steps for checking trucks in

The equipment was not at the rental location. I found this out 2 hours before my moving guys that I paid for were to arrive. I ended up finding a small truck available close to my location and took that one. I was only able to move part of the contents of my house. My sister had to keep the truck longer and load ourselves and make another trip to storage unit. We didn't finish until 10pm. I will not use uHaul again. Why make a reservation in advance if you don't have a truck guarantee.

You over charge on your rentals for an 8 hour day. I was expecting to pay a little over 30$ but the whole cost was way above the expecting price. I am not satisfied!

Website said they opened at 8:30. I arrived at 8:45. Several people ignored me as they entered a chain gate with interaction. Finally asked a second person to get help. Finally told I could come into the office only to be told that she wasn't open yet, give me your key. No checking the truck...nothing. Left me feeling uneasy and uncomfortable. It was a convenient location but service was not normal for UHaul at all.

UHaul customer service refused to offer me a partial refund, Robs Auto Repair was not willing to give a partial refund. I will never use UHaul again due to the absolutely horrid customer service of the company. When I told customer reps this in person and over the phone, I was told to "go ahead and use another company". Thus, I will use another company in the future.

The business does not have the required Covid-19 signage posted per the order of the Governor. When I dropped off my rental, several people were there milling around not wearing masks and not practicing social distancing.

This location was fine and the people were wonderful this turned out to be the move from hell the call center kept moving things around I wound up driving 80 miles out of my way the door on the rig did not work I want up losing a $1700 piece of furniture off of the back and paid $230 out of pocket to get the door fixed so that I could close it I have reported this and I am waiting for the district manager to call me back not only do I expect this entire move to be credited back I have one more load I have to get that I did not feel secure putting in the truck so now I have to go back to Portland and do this one more time I can use a much smaller truck but I expect that to be free of charge as well or I expect a check for $1700 for my furniture plus the 230 This location was fine and the people were wonderful this turned out to be the move from hell the call center kept moving things around I wound up driving 80 miles out of my way the door on the rig did not work I want up losing a $1700 piece of furniture off of the back and paid $230 out of pocket to get the door fixed so that I could close it I have reported this and I am waiting for the district manager to call me back not only do I expect this entire move to be credited back I have one more load I have to get that I did not feel secure putting in the truck so now I have to go back to Portland and do this one more time I can use a much smaller truck but I expect that to be free of charge as well or I expect a check for $1700 for my furniture plus the 230 that I paid an aircraft mechanic to fix the door so that it would close. People at this location were very professional and very nice I realize it's not their fault that the door didn't work and that the call center kept changing locations I don't want that to be held against this particular location because they were very kind there but this entire situation was a cluster fuck sorry that's about the nicest thing I can say about it but I'll tell you what after having a really bad weekend the attitude of the assistant manager at the location where I returned in Auburn was beyond ridiculous and his attitude made things much worse I'm half tempted to simply go to small claims court tomorrow and file a $5000 claim against Uhaul. He turned a bad situation into something bad but he had full authority to do so so beware....
