20' Uhaul was supposed to have 3/8 tank of fuel and it was completely empty said 1 mile till empty then 0 miles before I left the lot. Had to put in $175 at the nearest station. Maybe it was siphoned?

Trying to do anything on the app was clunky and unhelpful.
Michael PleasantThe person at the desk edited my reservation while I stood in front of him to include the $11 a day insurance. He then proceeded to tell me it was not optional to get the extra insurance. I told him I know that insurance is completely useless to someone that already has comprehensive car insurance and refused to take it off my bill. Very unprofessional behavior. The uhaul store off of 200th and Pacific Hwy is a reliable uhaul location that does not scam people like this location.

Andre BirgeTrailer wire harness was damaged, one of the wheel straps was worn by the tires of the trailer (almost unusable) and the passenger side trailer fender was missing. If it weren't for me getting a photo of that after pulling away it would have cost me out of pocket. It became a hassle dropping the trailer off at a different location because of the condition i picked it up in.

They estimated my miles perfectly based on the info I gave them. Suggestion: Being cautious, I overfilled by at least four gallons. Could have saved 10 to 15 dollars at least. Nothing more at this time. d

Christie Jenkins-HouseIt was not Rock Auto's issue but U-haul called me and made a promise of an extra day. U-haul customer service rep was of no help in keeping this promise. I was not told the truth and U-haul failed to keep their end of the promise. Therefore the U-haul customer service sucks. "We don't do that" was their claim. And always "Well who did you talk to?" NO, I will not recommend U-haul to friends.

Kevin LopezClient drove a total of 23 miles and filled the gas tank before returning the truck. Client said the tank was filled until gas poured out. She kept her fuel receipt. When she returned the truck, there was no one at the office. She was charged a "late drop off fee" and when the client questioned the agent about these charges, the agent told her he doesn't always follow the posted hours of business and he wasn't interested in her fuel receipt since they had already charged her $29,25 for gasoline! Perhaps U-Haul should check this vehicle to make sure the gas tank/fuel line doesn't have holes in it and maybe this agent should follow his posted business hours. Joseph McClimonI rented a 6x12 trailer. The trailer itself is 6' in width, but the ramp and loading space is only 5'. Cargo wider than 5' cannot be loaded via the ramp because the opening in the trailer is not 6'. I very much wish I had known that before I drove an hour and a half to pick up my load. Not a great experience.

I found out the day before my move that I was going to have to drive 20 mins out of my way to go get the truck. The big issue is no one told me the location was changing, no phone call, no email, no nothing. If I wouldn't have checked all the details again I would of never known.

Had to wait like 10mins before clerk came running to counter. Also charged me for insurance WITHOUT my knowledge. When I asked he said to call uhaul for a refund. U haul did refund me but again very poor customer service.

FRANCIS MBUGUAThey park the truck on an incline when you pick it up so the fuel looks more full. Then when you return you don't realize initially that happened so you don't think to park it BACK on the incline. All of the sudden you get charged for fuel. Oh, then they tell you there is a night drop, but conveniently fail to mention it'll cost you $20. This place will scam you any way they can. Do NOT rent here.

I got a call ( which I appreciate) telling me that this location doesn't do after-hour pick-ups & they were wondering how u was able to do it on-line. I ended up with a 20 foot truck for the same price. It shifted badly & it felt like the transmission may be going out, lol. The people that I dealt with were very nice & thank God they called me to let me know that I had to get it before they closed ! Also, the padlock for locking the back didn't work !

I asked for a discount as I couldn't use the cab for things I wanted because I didn't want them in the bed of the truck nor in the smoky cab. The declined to do anything.
