We took a picture of the gas tank and it was just above a 1/4 of a tank when we brought it back we were charged extra for the gas cause it was not on half. This is the second time the we have had issues with uhaul. We are filling a complaint with the BBB. This first time we had a reservation and when we went to pick up the uhaul they did not have our truck or car hauler. They sent us to another location and said that they called to verify that they had it. When we got to the second location there was nothing there for us. The second location sent us to a third location which only had the truck. So our original idea reservation was for a 10 foot truck and a car hauler. When we got to the 3rd location they only had a 15 foot truck on the reservation. The lady at the third location did help us by getting the car hauler, but we ended up spending half the day trying to get a truck and car hauler which we made a reservation for 3 weeks earlier. The morning we went to get the truck we flew in from Seattle Washington to Phoenix AZ and where driving back as we have recently moved Please make this rightVIRGINIA B.
I was not happy with uhaul. Within 3 weeks of making this appointment my pick up place was changed 5 times. The final pick up was 15 miles further than my original pick up and therefor had to pay an additional $50+ dollars. We also hired people to help and had to cancel and lost that deposit because our pick up time was also changed by 2 hours. Lastly they didn't have the right size truck and we had to make extra trips which also cost us extra money.Nichole K.

The locatiion was disorginised. Further he made me help him taking the trail off he had no Chucks for the tailer wheel and with out my help tailer would have hit the truck. I hurt my back helping him. I would get ride of that locatiion.george P.

The only issue I noticed when I entered the van was that the floors had mud smeared @ the entry & floorboards. Overall condition of the vehicle aside from that, was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location. Quick, painless service. Was in & out within 10 minutes.MICHAEL M.

Couldnt tell if it was an active company based off appareance. No explanation of how it works just right away asked for my drivers license. But I asked to see what options he had. And how much it was. I brought the truck back. The guy says nothing to me when i get there. Just whips out an ipad and starts checking out the vehicle. Then says "you're all done". I had to ask him how much was my bill and he said $57. You will see an email about it. There is still no email. I think he overcharged me by probably $10 but how would I know when you don't get a receipt?DORA B.

I reserved a trailer by calling the enchanted parkway #. I was told to pick up at Rock Automotive. When I arrived at my reservation time I was told my reservation had been cancelled by me. I worked with the gentleman to rereserve the trailer. Then I was told it was $80 not the $65 I was expecting I was also told I could not pay in cash which I specificlly asked about when I reserved the trailer originally. I got the money transfered to a card but was told it wasn't enough because there was also a $80 deposit. I then got that money transferred to a card and paid for the rental. I was told the deposit is returned automatically upon return. That was Saturday night it is not Monday night and the deposit still has not been returned. Access into and out of the parking lot can be difficult, depending on traffic and available space. The return process was informal (but fast). You should include some formality, including verification of return condition of the truck and other rented items, and documentation of the same.THOMAS ANDREW G.

My reservation was at 8... didn't open till 8:45am. I turned in my rental at noon again manager wasn't there and when I got my charges it was double what I budgeted. So I called and he told me I turned it in at 1pm which was not true. I was also double charged. He did call customer service and called me back, but I lost about an hour of time that was preplanned for things and then to tell me that I turned in the rental an hour later than I actually did.
