We did an after hours drop off. It was very dark. More Exterior lighting would be helpful. The Yhaul app also couldn't find us to check in and the bar code as the alternate check in also didn't work well. 

I worked with Ben at Rock Lake Paint and R.epair. His employees helped me hook up the trailer, which was clean and easy to do. I would use Rock Lake Paint and Repair for my next rental.

Make sure that the cabin isn't bouncing while driving. Make sure the wipers stay on the truck

I was sent 45 miles away from where I reserved the vehicle to pick it up. Not cool!

Allow customers to put actual moving locations in reservation so those are calculated in the price so you don't suprize customers with extra mile charges/all other random fees. Overall u-haul sucks and I will be buying a trailer to avoid this scam of a company ever again.

Your web pick-up is the worst thing ever. Your android application is crap. Made me waste my one hour worth of time. Also, $20 after hour charges? Why? What's the difference? Why would you charge $20 for picking up the same truck after hours? Why don't you inform customers upfront? Uhaul is not anymore what it used to be. Fully unsatisfied.

Until I switched my reservation, I was supposed to use the Uhaul dealer in Watertown, Wi., Freight Patrol LLC. But that dealer let me down. After a snowstorm and frigid weather, that dealer could not guarantee my service. He put me off from Sunday through Thursday, with excuse after excuse. By Friday I was not confident he would be able to fulfill his responsibility. I then contacted another dealer, in Lake Mills, Wi. They assured me that they could fulfill my needs, so I switched dealers. Both Rock Lake Paint & Repair, and High Desert Home Center, in Ridegcrest, Ca., were very helpful, and offered great customer service. I would not recommend Freight Patrol LLC, as I could not depend on them.

I purchased the dolly for $7 but it wasn't on the truck and when I went to finalize the bill I tried to dispute the charge but the app wouldn't let me continue if I disputed anything. So I would to be refunded $7. I have picture evidence of the dolly not being on the truck. I realize it's only $7 but it's the principle of the matter cause not having a dolly forced me to hand lift everything I intended to use the dolly for. Thanks

Everything is " Excellent" at this Uhaul dealer!! I have been using this Uhaul dealer for over 10 years every time I need to rent a truck or a trailer. And " every time" has been Excellent at this Uhaul dealer. I would recommend this Uhaul Dealer all of the time!! Very nice too.

Rather rude dealing with the people there. No help hooking up trailer.

The after hours check out process was not working. We spent 10-15 minutes trying to get it to come up even after we had the application loaded, but it was just more sales ads - no place to check the vehicle back in. We were cold and tired and finally just gave up. We very much appreciated the last minute rental though when our other rental fell through.

Other locations don't include the dolly for the boxes unless you request it, this one had the dolly on with a seal, the business was closed at location. I had to remove the dolly to make more room for my furniture. I hope it's not a trick to make you pay for the dolly

When I used the Truckshare 24, the app froze and I never got the code for the key in the locker. I had to call U-Haul, then get transferred to the Truckshare line. Why doesn't it just show the code in a confirmation text, email, etc. That was the only hassle.

This was NOT the place in which I ordered the Uhaul truck through. I was told the day before my rental that the location I ordered it from (which was exactly one block from where I work)...would not have my truck available and that I would need to drive an hour in the opposite direction to pick up my truck...VERY IRRITATING!!! The gentleman at Rock Lake Paint and repair was great and allowed me to park my car there for the 3-day period that I had rented the truck. He was extremely helpful in an otherwise messed up and ridiculous transaction.

Really not much at this location. Super clean facility, was in and out in probably less than 5 minutes. Best rental experience that I have had.

I pay 95 $ from lake mills to whitewater wi is about 30 miles I think is high price I rente in Illinois to Wisconsin and pay like 50 so disagree in this transaction

I dropped the 2 wheel Dolly off after hours and followed the instructions on the remote drop off

Only employee was busy. I couldn't skip the line after all my online for work. Not a big deal. But when online says skip the line, I expect to skip the line. Employee was good, but stressed by other factors.

We were extremely pleased with our experience in renting a U-box. The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was very easy to book, everything went smoothly and according to plan. I would highly recommend this service.

Try to have more one way trailers at every location

Trailer wasn't ready - frozen to the ground! Was a busy morning with two other rentals. Requested all the same information that I already supplied on line. Not sure why that works that way? Friendly, just logistics confusing.

Proprietor did not aid in hooking up trailer, Electrical connection was not correct and proprietor did not have an adapter. Lock down bolt for ball was risqué and stuck.

Phone contact was awful. Spent on the average 20 minutes confirming pick up and delivery. Transferring your call to an operator not involved in the move was useless and frustrating.

U-Haul needs to offer this location the option to list different locations for where to pick up the truck. This location had my 20" truck out back, but the mobile app said it would be in the front; I had to go inside and talk to someone working who said that the only option they had to choose in their side of the app was the front. Please fix when possible.

The location is great, the truck was not. I had major difficulty with the online checking. It took almost 20 minutes to get help with my call. Customer service was very helpful and polite. But, once she got me through the checking and I hung up, the truck kept dying. After 10 minutes of warming up, it stayed running. Once loaded at the property, I had the same problem.
