Your web pick-up is the worst thing ever. Your android application is crap. Made me waste my one hour worth of time. Also, $20 after hour charges? Why? What's the difference? Why would you charge $20 for picking up the same truck after hours? Why don't you inform customers upfront? Uhaul is not anymore what it used to be. Fully unsatisfied.

Until I switched my reservation, I was supposed to use the Uhaul dealer in Watertown, Wi., Freight Patrol LLC. But that dealer let me down. After a snowstorm and frigid weather, that dealer could not guarantee my service. He put me off from Sunday through Thursday, with excuse after excuse. By Friday I was not confident he would be able to fulfill his responsibility. I then contacted another dealer, in Lake Mills, Wi. They assured me that they could fulfill my needs, so I switched dealers. Both Rock Lake Paint & Repair, and High Desert Home Center, in Ridegcrest, Ca., were very helpful, and offered great customer service. I would not recommend Freight Patrol LLC, as I could not depend on them.
KEITH JACKSONI purchased the dolly for $7 but it wasn't on the truck and when I went to finalize the bill I tried to dispute the charge but the app wouldn't let me continue if I disputed anything. So I would to be refunded $7. I have picture evidence of the dolly not being on the truck. I realize it's only $7 but it's the principle of the matter cause not having a dolly forced me to hand lift everything I intended to use the dolly for. Thanks
Adam FitzlaffEverything is " Excellent" at this Uhaul dealer!! I have been using this Uhaul dealer for over 10 years every time I need to rent a truck or a trailer. And " every time" has been Excellent at this Uhaul dealer. I would recommend this Uhaul Dealer all of the time!! Very nice too.

We spent 10-15 minutes trying to get it to come up even after we had the application loaded, but it was just more sales ads - no place to check the vehicle back in. We were cold and tired and finally just gave up. We very much appreciated the last minute rental though when our other rental fell through.
JANET KANNENBERGOther locations don't include the dolly for the boxes unless you request it, this one had the dolly on with a seal, the business was closed at location. I had to remove the dolly to make more room for my furniture. I hope it's not a trick to make you pay for the dolly

GEORGE BUSSWhen I used the Truckshare 24, the app froze and I never got the code for the key in the locker. I had to call U-Haul, then get transferred to the Truckshare line. Why doesn't it just show the code in a confirmation text, email, etc. That was the only hassle.

I was told the day before my rental that the location I ordered it from (which was exactly one block from where I work)...would not have my truck available and that I would need to drive an hour in the opposite direction to pick up my truck...VERY IRRITATING!!! The gentleman at Rock Lake Paint and repair was great and allowed me to park my car there for the 3-day period that I had rented the truck. He was extremely helpful in an otherwise messed up and ridiculous transaction.

JIM MICKOWSKIU-Haul needs to offer this location the option to list different locations for where to pick up the truck. This location had my 20" truck out back, but the mobile app said it would be in the front; I had to go inside and talk to someone working who said that the only option they had to choose in their side of the app was the front. Please fix when possible.

SANJEEV GUPTAThe location is great, the truck was not. I had major difficulty with the online checking. It took almost 20 minutes to get help with my call. Customer service was very helpful and polite. But, once she got me through the checking and I hung up, the truck kept dying. After 10 minutes of warming up, it stayed running. Once loaded at the property, I had the same problem.
