Not make me go to a different location to get my dolly then charge me extra gas and miles cause of it
Steven HThe U-Haul was in need of mechanical attention, transmission and exhaust. Transmission feels as if about to go out. Additionally gas mileage was terrible had gotten bigger truck earlier in week and hauled much more and the smaller truck got woofas militias the larger truck
David RFirst of the truck cabin was dirty and had pet hair everywhere. Secondly a head up about the location being closed would have been nice I wasn't prepared remote pick up isn't for me.

Jake RMy reservation was switched to this location after a truck was not returned. Some of the rental equipment was not available at this location but the UHaul rep made arrangements for this equipment at another location.
David RMy rental experience was perfect . Last minute and holiday weekend and you didn't let me down . Would recommend and plan on using you guys again hands down . I did make a mistake and instead of putting the truck keys in drop box I put them in the back of the truck . Sorry if I inconvenience anyone

Phillip HThe smart phone self pick up and return is a disaster. Many of us do not do emails on our smartphones and the codes sent to email can't be gotten on the cell phones. I had to call the Uhaul help number and she was good but I ended up sending my Drivers license photo to God knows where. My phone couldn't scan the back of the DL. I ended up having to wait at the pick up location for 1,5 hours for the Manager to get there to do the transaction manually. He was awesome. I would never again use this smartphone technology for this. Face to face is the only way to go. Otherwise the truck ran ok and the event was good.

Jayson KMake sure that the all vehicles are all listed at the proper location. I originally wanted a truck but the website said none available at the I=30 Rockwall, TX location. When I got to the location, the trucks were available.. Therefore, I upgraded from cargo trailer to truck. Merci.

gary jThat truck has NOT been taken care of. Its beat up pretty bad and didnt have air conditioning- we are in Texas and it feels like 100+ degrees, so air conditioning is typically a must. We were called a few days before and asked if we could pick up later in the day because even though we selected self check in via the app, he said he has to close the truck out from the previous renters and then issue it to us himself - and he wouldnt be at work until 9 am. He did not have all of the equipment we ordered (which in my experience, is typical for UHaul). Im just not understanding why UHaul keeps getting these things wrong. I want to have mostly good experiences and expect the occasional bad one. With UHaul its mostly bad experiences and occasionally good. The only reason I even keep using UHaul is because your pickup locations are usually more convenient. Moves are already stressful enough - its tough for the moving truck to be an additional headache.

Lance SI got a replacemwnt truck because there was a incident(small car accident). The new one from this location was with no a/c. Over 180000 miles truck runs not smooth at all. I returned before 24 hours but still charged for 2 days. Usually, Uhaul charges one day if i return earlier than the contract. I am not happy for this move at all.

We had bought a lock for our unit from them but once we came to pick up our items he suggested we should have bought one somewhere else. When we entered our unit we noticed that a few of our new, still in the box tools were missing. We feel taken advantage of and will not be using storage again because of this experience.
