Was charged a fuel surcharge. Truck was on less than half. A tank of gas when I received it. Only drove it 33 miles and was charged for a fuel charge of almost $50. Piss poor communication from rental facility who explained absolutely zero when it was picked up.

Sometime during the move either a inside wheel seal or the break line was leaking don't find until taking off my hitch and getting under truck but this was right before turning in the truck.

The location is absolutely not the issue - the team members are kind, attentive, and concerned about the customer. Thank you Katie. U-Haul is the issue.

The truck was dirty and I was charged for more than what I used and for more than I agree to

It took 1 1/2 hours to get checked in for my key the truck was alll dirty smelled like cigarette smoke inside one of the tires was low I have nothing good to say sorry!!!

Problems with the app crashing.

The management for this property were helpful with pick up issue but the Uhaul check in system was a nightmare. I had already completed the rental online so we can pick up before their office opened. When I went to remote check in online it asked me for my passport, lease agreement, etc. We ended up wasting 30 minutes trying to figure things out. created a lot of stress as we were scheduled to meet people at a specific time.

We did not receive the utility dolly and furniture dolly that we were supposed to get but besides that the service was great and the truck was clean.

Thank you for letting me pay extra for cleaning. It got muddy. I had a cast on my thumb and it is cold and I just could not get it to a car wash. This was very much appreciated. People were really nice.
