You moved my pickup location causing me to drive 20 additional miles, to a closed business. I cannot answer these questions because the location was closed at the scheduled pickup and drop off times. Service cannot get any worse than NO SERVICE. I have not had any of these issues with Penske, and will only use Uhaul when I need a trailer.Richard W.

There was absolutely no help on site in hooking up the car hauling trailer. One tire on the trailer blew out while driving which would prove that the tires were in poor condition. Would never rent from this facility again. They knew we would be driving a very long distance, didn't care that their equipment was ready or safe..CHARLES J.

This site needs to open so that the customer is not questioning whether their pick up and drop off dates will be honored. My drop off was charged for two days after I had dropped it offâ€"I suppose because there was nobody there to administrate the drop off. I objected and the dealer corrected the mistake, fortunately.Kent S.

Customer service was very helpful and kind. Even though the previous customer left the gas on empty, i was given a credit, and information where to get gas right away so I wouldn't run out completely. I cannot recall the representitives' name, but she was the BEST.Tom S.

I was not told the location office would be closed at the time of pick-up...knowing that this was going to be a 'virtual' pick-up should have been communicated prior to reservation confirmation. Also, the parking area is so small that if there are any other cars parked...you cannot easily access trailers without having to move manually. This is difficult for someone with tendinitis that is on doctor's orders not to lift more than 15 pounds!! This also should be communicated. When I contacted the Manager of the location she was very stressed and rude. I did not appreciate that...I have been a valued customer of U-Haul for many years...I expect better customer service. In the future, I will only rent from the Chinden location.Deborah A.

Truck was blocked in by vehicles and the office was closed. I had to call a number and informed them that the truck was blocked in. I was charged for cleaning when I took pictures and sent them to you showing the vehicle wasn't cleaned when I picked it up. Seems like you just like to charge a cleaning fee to everyone, even though you aren't cleaning the trucks.Heather S.

I get there to drop off the truck and no one is onsite. There was a phone # to call on the door which I did and no one answered. I left a message and never received a return call. I still have not received a return call. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with 1-800-GO-UHAUL Which was no help at all. They said if no one was there that I would have to return it using my phone but that wasn't working.the lady on the phone was no help. I was told that if I drop the keys in the slot without doing the online checkout I would be charged an additional 20 $. Why should I have to pay more money because the place I was supposed to drop the rental off was closed during normal business hours. I finally just left the keys in the box. I still have not heard from anyone.CHRISTOPHER A.
Location was closed at 3 on a Saturday, location barely had any room to turn around and nowhere to park uhaul or trailer. Location also did not have drop box. Trucks should not be dropped off here until the location is ready and openRyan K.
