The person was incredibly unhelpful and on his phone the entire time while trying to get out of there and checked out. He was multitasking instead of helping me get on with my moving day. I hated this experience and will not be using him ever again.

jesus aI could nit find this site with needed 26ft truck on line. However, by calling, your scheduler was able to locate a truck at this very convenient site. However, she could not schedule for the three consecutive days but only by scheduling each individual day. This became a bit of a problem but was worked out.

GUILHERME TKind of a strange drop off location. It all worked out, but the staff did not seem aware we would be dropping off the trailer. Not quite the same experience as the pick up location.
Ben AThe whole process was condescending and very misleading. I picked up a vehicle at a grocery/liquor store and explained to the clerk that it was 1/4 of gas in the vehicle. In addition, the vehicle was parked under a tree which caused it to be very dirty and it had prior scratches/scrapes all over the vehicle. The brakes were very bad and kept screeching the entire time of use. I mentioned to the clerk that I would be driving from Kenmore to Redmond for a new move and would definitely return it before 7 PM same day. He explained that it would only be a hold on my card, but I was automatically charged on my account. When I returned the vehicle same night, he mentioned for me to contact UHaul directly because he didn't know how I was being billed. When I reached out to UHaul after final billing, I was informed that my charge actually increased, which to my surprise did not seem fair. The responding UHaul manager wrote an email saying they tried to charge my card again without my consent, but never explained nor told me what my new bill was until the next day. This experience was horrible from the get, and I plan on never using UHaul for future moves. I have read about overcharges about mileage and extra fees, which I believe I was wrongfully charged and left with a negative experience. I have disputed this with my bank and feel as though the entire process was misleading. They added a SafeMove $15 charge to the bill, when I never asked for it in the first place. I had to tell the manager that I never wanted it, so he credited it. However, let's be more honest next time instead of overcharging a customer.

Marc DHad to wait for 20 mins to check in, even when we filled all the online form earlier. The staff's phone just didn't work when he tried to validate the ID. When we return the vehicle the other staff put an incorrect fuel charge on the summary and asked us to call customer service BY OUTSELVES, RIGHT AT THE COUNTER to get the refund. Not sure why he didn't make the call himself. This place is not professional. Yet the vehicle was clean and staff were friendly.

AIE NThe person who I dropped it off to was really rude and condescending. He told me very demanding that I needed to re-park the uhaul when I dropped it off . And was upset I didn't feel comfortable backwards parking . It was very uncomfortable. I took photos of before and after to prove how much I drove/ gas I spent and he didn't want to see them . He said "he didn't care " just to give the end number . He said I drove 28 miles and charged me for 28 when I only went 19 . All around rude and I didn't like how he told me what to do instead of asking me to re-park. I will not be going back to this uhaul location again

ELISE DI was supposed to pick up a trailer in Bellevue, WA where I was staying. The pickup location we requested was 5 minutes away. Two days before I was to pick up the trailer I received a text saying I needed to go to Kenmore, WA (30 minutes away) to get the trailer. It was inconvenient but worked out fine. Just be aware that while you may register and select a location for pickup, there are no guarantees. Other than that, everything was good.

JAE CNice neighborhood, sketch store. Clerk who waited on me was nice enough, but... 1) I Needed a different size ball than the one I had. He tried to send me down the street and over to a different store to purchase, when he had half a dozen of size I needed right in his store. ??? Ended up buying from him. 2) He had to fetch tools from somewhere else to hook up trailer. Why doesn't he have his own tools at the ready? 3) He kept talking/negotiating with a vendor while taking care of me. 4) When he hooked up the trailer, he didn't use a washer with the bolt and didn't tighten the bolt enough! Even after borrowing the "right" tools! Checked the "Average" box because I'm sure there are worse places from which to rent.

Randy LLocation for pick up was changed and truck was not available with notification 30 minutes prior to pick up by email - poor communication to customer everything was handled to the convience of company not customer. Overall phone and email communication was very poor and caused multiple planning issues
Tom RSuper easy, I've rented from them 3 or 4 times. The only hiccup was low gas on one of the rentals we did, so we had to get gas quickly.
Sharon PThe truck had a lot of debris and grass in the cabin, and didn't look like it had been wiped down for a while. Likewise, I was charged for fuel, where I refilled to the point that the tanks were at when I picked it up.
Eric PCustomer service agent did not print out paperwork for us he didn't understand English very well. Had a tough time with the whole transaction. The customer service agent was running a convenient store where we picked up the U-Haul. U-Haul should be separate from a convenient store business because a customer service representative cannot do both.

Batyr GThere was a lock on the back. When we called to ask for the combination, we were told to cut it off. It was very difficult to cut the lock off and took us an hour of our limited rental time to do so. Luckily my husband is very handy and hadn't packed his tools yet, or it would have been impossible. This also means the back of the truck wasn't checked at all after the previous renter. It is ridiculous that we had to deal with this.
