Excellent établissement
BRIAN HI believe that I was over charged. I double checked and the daily rate is $29,95 but I was charged $60. If I went over 24 hours then I'd like to review the recorded times. It took a while to hook up when I picked up the trailer and it took me a while to get it parked straight when I left the trailer. No help or service at the drop off and it was really heavy on the ball. I tried calling the location several times too and could not get an answer. Kurt Watkins (425) 785-6406
KURT WNothing to do with this location but I will never recommend a U-Haul to anyone. Truck didn't have a loading ramp and was dangerous to unload. Cost me an extra day rental to allow for safe unloading. Never again

Arron wThis entire experience was awful. The customer service was extremely poor/none existent. I was hit with fuel charges even though I fueled up the truck to the same level I received it. I was never credited back for this error even though I filed a complaint and provided proof. I was also erroneously charged twice for the same service which was later reversed. The store keeper is totallly dishonest. After all I was put through, i can confidential say that i will never recommend Uhaul to anyone. I will be filing a complaint with BBB for sure.

ANKIT KI never got the equipment. I got over charged. They charged me for 10 days when I told them I dropped it off at a nearby location after 4 days and they told me I had to bring it to them. They added 2 fees and 2 extra taxes. They are scamming people out of money.
KEISEAN TPicked up a truck from this location and unfortunately had a pretty poor experience. The truck was dirty on the outside, windshield was covered in bugs, and I had to clean it myself just to see properly. There was a weird sound coming from the exhaust system, and the front tires were noticeably worn. I took pictures. Blankets were thrown in the back loose and dirty, not folded or bagged, and we were shorted two even though we paid for two dozen. No lock was provided for the rear gate. The person at the counter didn't print our quote or receipt, so I had to dig through my phone to figure out fuel mileage. He also marked the tank at 3/4 full, but it was closer to 5/8. Overall, the truck wasn't ready, and the staff member wasn't helpful.
HIGOR DI felt like a U-Haul employee. You made me do everything needed to rent. I should charge you for how long it took me to do all the steps.

AMIT KMay have been one of the worst trucks I've rented w U-Haul. The engine and brakes were great. The rest… The AC wouldn't blow to the face. Not sure where it was blowing as it didn't cool the cab at all. The right rear tire warning was lit the entire time (thankfully it didn't seem low). The drivers window roll down knob would come off every time I tried to roll the window up or down. The cabin was old and dirty.
ASHER GHandling the return at the time of dropping off the rentals would be great. This particular rental place took care of the return after almost an hour after I dropped off, not reflecting the actual drop off time. The rental representative gave me a thumb's up saying that all good but later charged me with not filling the gas tank, which I filled up to the level I received the truck. I feel like I have been scammed by this place.

Sukhmeet SI got charged with a 5GL fuel charge that I have not seen mentioned anywhere which was a big surprise. The fuel charge ($27) was more than the rental charge ($20).

Michael MI hooked up the trailer with no assistance from the employee at the store. When I went to hook up the lights, I needed an adapter that the store didn't have in stock. The employee recommended I drive to the closest UHaul center, "They will have the adapter". The store didn't not have the blankets I requested, but charged me for anyway. This was a terrible experience!
David CThe location and the guy there was fantastic. The truck broke down, the shift linkage disconnected at my condo right up the street. The guy here helped us with spamming Uhaul to get a replacement truck. Uhaul on the other hand was giving me the run around and being completely unhelpful. I have a 4m round trip job to do that should have taken 20min. Uhaul screwing me around for an hour and some change after the truck broke down,.caused my 20min trip to take over 2h. The customer service was trash with the roadside dispatch, no accomodations whatsoever until I spammed them to give me a replacement truck. It should have been an immediate response and am very disappointed it wasn't

Mykhailo SPerson who checked me in was not very communicative and didn't seem to understand me. It was quick and efficient, but may be a little too efficient. There was a language barrier and I am sure the person was doing the best they could. Me too.

Diana FThe person was incredibly unhelpful and on his phone the entire time while trying to get out of there and checked out. He was multitasking instead of helping me get on with my moving day. I hated this experience and will not be using him ever again.

jesus aI could nit find this site with needed 26ft truck on line. However, by calling, your scheduler was able to locate a truck at this very convenient site. However, she could not schedule for the three consecutive days but only by scheduling each individual day. This became a bit of a problem but was worked out.

GUILHERME TKind of a strange drop off location. It all worked out, but the staff did not seem aware we would be dropping off the trailer. Not quite the same experience as the pick up location.
Ben AThe whole process was condescending and very misleading. I picked up a vehicle at a grocery/liquor store and explained to the clerk that it was 1/4 of gas in the vehicle. In addition, the vehicle was parked under a tree which caused it to be very dirty and it had prior scratches/scrapes all over the vehicle. The brakes were very bad and kept screeching the entire time of use. I mentioned to the clerk that I would be driving from Kenmore to Redmond for a new move and would definitely return it before 7 PM same day. He explained that it would only be a hold on my card, but I was automatically charged on my account. When I returned the vehicle same night, he mentioned for me to contact UHaul directly because he didn't know how I was being billed. When I reached out to UHaul after final billing, I was informed that my charge actually increased, which to my surprise did not seem fair. The responding UHaul manager wrote an email saying they tried to charge my card again without my consent, but never explained nor told me what my new bill was until the next day. This experience was horrible from the get, and I plan on never using UHaul for future moves. I have read about overcharges about mileage and extra fees, which I believe I was wrongfully charged and left with a negative experience. I have disputed this with my bank and feel as though the entire process was misleading. They added a SafeMove $15 charge to the bill, when I never asked for it in the first place. I had to tell the manager that I never wanted it, so he credited it. However, let's be more honest next time instead of overcharging a customer.

Marc DHad to wait for 20 mins to check in, even when we filled all the online form earlier. The staff's phone just didn't work when he tried to validate the ID. When we return the vehicle the other staff put an incorrect fuel charge on the summary and asked us to call customer service BY OUTSELVES, RIGHT AT THE COUNTER to get the refund. Not sure why he didn't make the call himself. This place is not professional. Yet the vehicle was clean and staff were friendly.

Viktor TThey charged me double the amount for 8 hours truck rental I paid $180. Before that the estimate was $65. They add $30 for insurance I didn't choose it
