They charged me double the amount for 8 hours truck rental I paid $180. Before that the estimate was $65. They add $30 for insurance I didn't choose it

The process of renting was quick and easy. The vehicle was clean. It was a rainy day and the roof was leaking bad in two front corners.

Couldn’t finalize the invoice and had to wait long time to know how much they are gonna charge and truck has tire problem and had hella bad experience .. so my bad experience ever with U-Haul

Friendly staff made picking up and dropping off a cinch, truck was in good condition and while the building seems a bit rough, it's in a good area and felt perfectly safe.

The person who I dropped it off to was really rude and condescending. He told me very demanding that I needed to re-park the uhaul when I dropped it off . And was upset I didn't feel comfortable backwards parking . It was very uncomfortable. I took photos of before and after to prove how much I drove/ gas I spent and he didn't want to see them . He said "he didn't care " just to give the end number . He said I drove 28 miles and charged me for 28 when I only went 19 . All around rude and I didn't like how he told me what to do instead of asking me to re-park. I will not be going back to this uhaul location again

They were not open at 7am per my reservation and per their published hours of business. The facility was filthy, inside and out.

I was supposed to pick up a trailer in Bellevue, WA where I was staying. The pickup location we requested was 5 minutes away. Two days before I was to pick up the trailer I received a text saying I needed to go to Kenmore, WA (30 minutes away) to get the trailer. It was inconvenient but worked out fine. Just be aware that while you may register and select a location for pickup, there are no guarantees. Other than that, everything was good.

Nice neighborhood, sketch store. Clerk who waited on me was nice enough, but... 1) I Needed a different size ball than the one I had. He tried to send me down the street and over to a different store to purchase, when he had half a dozen of size I needed right in his store. ??? Ended up buying from him. 2) He had to fetch tools from somewhere else to hook up trailer. Why doesn't he have his own tools at the ready? 3) He kept talking/negotiating with a vendor while taking care of me. 4) When he hooked up the trailer, he didn't use a washer with the bolt and didn't tighten the bolt enough! Even after borrowing the "right" tools! Checked the "Average" box because I'm sure there are worse places from which to rent.

Location for pick up was changed and truck was not available with notification 30 minutes prior to pick up by email - poor communication to customer everything was handled to the convience of company not customer. Overall phone and email communication was very poor and caused multiple planning issues

Super easy, I've rented from them 3 or 4 times. The only hiccup was low gas on one of the rentals we did, so we had to get gas quickly.

The truck had a lot of debris and grass in the cabin, and didn't look like it had been wiped down for a while. Likewise, I was charged for fuel, where I refilled to the point that the tanks were at when I picked it up.

Customer service agent did not print out paperwork for us he didn't understand English very well. Had a tough time with the whole transaction. The customer service agent was running a convenient store where we picked up the U-Haul. U-Haul should be separate from a convenient store business because a customer service representative cannot do both.

There was a lock on the back. When we called to ask for the combination, we were told to cut it off. It was very difficult to cut the lock off and took us an hour of our limited rental time to do so. Luckily my husband is very handy and hadn't packed his tools yet, or it would have been impossible. This also means the back of the truck wasn't checked at all after the previous renter. It is ridiculous that we had to deal with this.

I got a new pickup location 48hrs before the pickup day which was confusing and not what I initially signed up for. Seems like this change was last minute if the original pickup site was never compatable with my reservation type. Also odd was that I reserved a number of materials that were not provided and not part of my final charges. I requested a TV box that was not provided as well as materials to wrap plates and delicate items.

The location is great, but I won't use Uhaul again. My reservation time and location were changed an hour before pickup when I was due to move an entire household. Apparently Uhaul doesn't move the trucks to where the reservations are-they send customers to various parts of the state to retrieve the vehicles. And customers then pay for the increased mileage!

Getting and returning the truck was easy and the location was really convenient with a close route to the highway. Sammy the owner was really nice and made the whole process quick and simple.

That truck was so clean you could eat off the floor. Never mind it was a moving truck, that was the cleanest vehicle I've ever rented.

Customer service was great but the vehicle provided was mechanically terrible. It was extremely loud while running and didn't drive well. Upon drop off at a different location we had them look at the converter which had in fact been cut, hence the noise and the horrible drive quality. This was extremely dangerous. The windshield wipers also needed replacing as it was metal on windshield and it was raining and difficult for us to see.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the U-Haul location. The staff was unfriendly, racist, and rude. The representative asked me inappropriate questions about my religion, nationality, and even my personal life. Although He showed respect towards white customers, not those of other races. When I noticed that the tire flat alarm was on, I asked for another truck, but he declined and insisted that there were no other vehicles available, even though there were other trucks of the same size at the location. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, this was my first experience with U-Haul and it was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Truck smelled like it was used to haul fish. Nauseating. Bought 6 packing blankets and 3 of them were wet and unusable. Fortunately, they have promised to give me a refund for those. We'll see.

When we drove up, we noticed the entire front of the mini mart had bars on the windows. I know it isn't their fault that the neighborhood isn't great, but it was still a bit sketchy. The gentleman that helped us was friendly and quick to process our pickup. He was very helpful. But it seemed strange trying to talk to him with beer dispenser levers right in front of him. The back of the truck was not swept out, so we had to sweep it out before loading our things. Not a great look for the U-Haul brand.

Terrible customer service at every point. Phone representative got dates and times wrong when booking. U haul moved pickup location the day before and still didn't have the truck size we requested at that new location when we arrived, nor did they have the furniture blankets we booked. They offered to have us go an hour away during morning rush hour traffic on moving day to pick up the size we had ordered. Customer service was rude on the phone when I called to ask for alternative when the smaller truck they gave us couldn't fit our items. They offered to a $50 credit but didn't give it to us. They charged us for an extra day of rental and insurance charge that we didn't use. Just straight up the worst.

The agent was angry and incompetent. Swore repeatedly about "f*!#% U-Haul". Truck had 3/4 tank of fuel at checkout. Charged us surprise charges at check in that he couldn't explain. He had "no training" and "no access" to the U-Haul info. Worst experience we've ever had in renting a truck - and we only had it for 4 hours for a local trip!!! We will be disputing our overcharges. Such a scam!!!!
