I was pleased with Rocky's, but I was disappointed that I could not get a truck that I had ordered from the original location from where I ordered. Rocky's was a great experience. They sold straps at a reasonable price and the staff was very pleasant to work with. The truck handled and drove well. The ride was smooth and the load did not shift one bit. This was a surprise because I traveled some twisty roads with steep hills.
Timothy MBest uhaul location in Ohio . Every single other uhaul place gives me a very hard time getting any type of trailer . Always told I need to rent a vehicle from you guys however this location is very helpful & goes above & beyond to insure my safety !!! Will recommend to anybody & everybody!
Nicholas NUhaul waited until 1 day before pickup to notify me that I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the trailer. I would have rented from another provider if I had the opportunity to book another rental. Poor customer service from UHaul. I will be careful to use Uhaul in the future.

Lawrence LThere were no signs indicating where to put the U-Haul. There was also no drop box for the key and when we called to get assistance to drop off the truck the rep was not helpful and hung up on me. I had to sit at the location for over 30 minutes to finally get another representative and we still could not fullfill the drop off requirements completely due to no drop box, no signs, no instructions, and no way to contact a rep effectively.
Jillian KI chose the mobile option. Parts of the instructions did not apply, such as a lock on the back and a key box inside. The keys were simply on the front seat. There was no contact information available, other than going into the store.
Jeff BI am not satisfied with my service, first the customer service representative made us feel like we should be honored to drive from Pennsylvania to Ohio. When the pick up was supposed to be 10 minutes from my house.
TENEGIA SI was scheduled to get my Uhaul less than 2 miles from my house but got a call the night before that I had to drive 30 minutes to get my truck. That was disappointing

cody lI was charged for 2 dozen moving blankets and only received 7. The representative left a note on our paperwork saying we were shorted on blankets. The representative said that they would refund me the difference at drop off location. When I dropped off, the representative there said that they aren't the responsible for that refund. I should have recieved a refund from the pick up location.

Paul LI was very upset about the Truck rental, I have rented U-haul for over 15yrs about every other months and I got this 27ft truck and during travel we didn't have any heat and had other member with me in this truck was board member of our Food Pantry, need heat to keep them warm, I though you inspect everyone of your truck before leaving the rental place to make sure they are in working order, as far as pickup the truck and service at the desk, couldn't ask for better service, as for the truck, need to make sure the rental truck are inspected before hitting the road to a rental person
RON SI wasn't shown the charges before the credit card was run. Had the vehicle less than 24 hrs and charged 2 days. Should have been explained.
paula eFirst off, My choice of pick up location would have saved me 15 miles of driving. Then when I dropped it off at the drop off location, they said I went over the miles allowed and wanted to charge me a little more. I told the lady at the drop off location what happened and she made a phone call and was able to get that extra charge dropped. Secondly, the pickup up location was a gas station, convenience store, and auto parts store all in one! I have never seen a store more cluttered with things than this one. It was hard to move around in.

MARTY Ivehicle parking lot was full of mud holes and loose gravel making it hard to walk across the street to hand in the keys to the truck.

Jodi MAfter attendant told me all was ready, I found that the trailer hitch had not been screwed down tight to the ball. I did myself. May have lost trailer while traveling otherwise. But they were helpful with my lights wiring adapter.
ROBERT Aafter making reservation on phone Monday and told to pick up trailer on thursday, I arrived and there was no record of reservation and no trailer. I then had to drive 45 min. south for different location for trailer, which was 1 hour and 20 min. from my home. wasted alot of fuel.
DAVID SNo one walked us to the truck and never gave us an overview on how to use the truck, lucky my husband was well diverse in driving this vehicle. The back tail light was out when we got our truck. The location change increased our mileage and had to work around that problem
Robert YI had a very rough experience with my rental. For one thing the retailer didn't seem to realize that the truck could be rented for just four hours and seemed shock when such a request came through. Yet that is an option the U-Haul website gave me. Also I requested two furniture dollies and was told by the retailer that they only had one. Then when they brought the dolly out it was actually an appliance dolly and I said that is not what I needed or wanted, but they seemed to believe that was the only dolly available through U-Haul? Again, completely different than what the website represented. Then when I ask for a refund of the cost of the dolly they said it couldn't be refunded!?! Kind of a back handed way for U-Haul to make some extra money don't you think!?! I would still like a refund on that dolly!! I am pretty annoyed. The retailer was nice to work with and I have no problem with them. But I do have a huge problem with the difference between what the U-Haul website represents and what the retailers actually have to offer and/or have been informed on what the U-Haul website claims they have to offer. Overall I would say my U-Haul experience was not good, but it wasn't because of the retailer. It was because the website was very misleading. Goodness, just tell the truth as to what is available and stop stealing money $7 at a time through the website!?!

Jenna-Rebecca FWas encouraged by and bought several different sizes and types of boxes at a totally different U-Haul store than the pickup location. Said U-Haul bought back anything that didn't get used so I figured it was a win win until I dropped the truck off and that particular location said they didn't handle any of the boxing material thus I received no credit for what I did return.
