EUFEMIA Jwhat i dont recommend is using the application. no estimate on how much is going to be. no confirmation until someone from uhal calls you and confirm. and just to sell you whatever they have available at the time, because i reserved what i needed a week ahead and got call the very last day and change my plands and make me drive more than 18 miles just to get the truck. did not explain in detail anything. mobile application definelitly needs work to be more accurate.

Eufemia JTrailer tire blew out And was bad from the start.. The people that rented the dolly to us were very nice but the dolly was beat up and had poor tires It’s not their fault they were just trying to make it happen for us.. Great people and very good to us..

gracie gmucha tardanza con mi reservacion desde julio que no habia truck, yo necesitaba uno 10' y hasta ayer me tuvieron uno pero de 20' vine gastando mas gas ,para solo un comedor que iba mover, el truck tiene damage el volante o la direccional, quiero un reembolso por tan mal servicio , tardanza no lo que yo necesitaba gaste gas que no debia , aparate el truck tenia problema al conducir el volante estaba muy suelto le dije al dealer que no lo rentara asi, pero me dijo que el no podia hacer nada por un reembolso para mi ,mi numero en ekl trabajo es 9564871700 hasta las 6pm de lunes a viernes

ANNABEL ADon't let the customer lose all their money due to a computer error or server being down. Hand write a contract.....then the customer will be on their way not out the movers money and out of work because they lost 2 days due to the server being down and credit their card back if the experience cost them more than the rental in the first place.

PEDRO DMy trailor was rented to a local customer the day I was to pick it up at Rogers Texaco in Mission Texas. Your local dealer which is one mile from my home didn't bother to look at his reservation screen on his computer before renting it out for the day. He didn't offer to help me in any way other than to call your reservation office to try and find another. His local line didn't work so I had to make the call on my mobile phone. After 35 minutes of listening to all kinds of ads and constantly hearing how important my phone call was to Uhaul some one finally answered. How important was my call when it takes over 30 minutes for you to answer the phone? I then had to drive 1 hour away to get a trailor. This 2 hr. trip cost almost $50 worth of gas. When trying to return the trailor in Richmond tx. I again waited on the phone for 15 to 20 minutes only to be sent to a location that was no longer in existence by aAmad whom I could barely understand but I realized after hearing how important my phone call was to you for the next 15 minutes that you really care. Next I was sent to another location that wasn't open that day. I looked in the yellow pages and found a dealer 10 miles away and was finally successful in returning your trailor. The answer to your question is more operators......and a system that prevents letting a trailor out after it has been reserved.
