My reservation was not honored. The original location I had a reservation with did not have the equipment i reserved. I was sent to another location that was suppose to have it. was told I could not have one even thought one was there. I was told my reservation didn't guarantee me the trailer. I spoke with the reservation department and was guaranteed a trailer at the finally location, which was way out of my way. Not a good experience.

Owner was not present at time of pickup had to wait 25 min for him to return. Owner did not check the vehicle before I left. The dolly was unattached and the moving blankets were not present and then when owner checked vehicle on return charged me for dolly and then had to issue a refund. And questioned me about blankets that were already missing. The truck was also dirty with leaves which I cleaned because I didn't want to be charged. Also the truck was in rough condition the alignment was way off blinker stopped working for a portion of time and the belts were slipping constantly in the engine. Worst experience with a rental company. Worst location i have had to deal with also. The owner also never wore a mask or had others wear a mask.

Reserved a 10' truck and 1handtruck and a furniture dolly a week before, actually called the gas station to confirm they would have everything, got there sat, no truck, no dollys, nothing, called corporate, they hung up on me, gas station attendant wanted to send me to another location 30 miles away!!! When i was just moving 1 mile from my original location!!! Bad bad bad business, you should be ashamed to run a business this way, finally someone returned a cargo van that i took 2 hours later after waiting on hold with corporate ofc , which meant i had to make 4 trips instead of one AND pay my workers for 2 extra hours, i will NEVER use uhaul again, shame on you just a disgrace

I had to wait for the trailer to be returned way past my reservation time. It was actually way after the facility's closing time, but the owner stayed open until the trailer was returned.

This was not the location that I reserved my vehicle for and the vehicle that I reserved They wouldn't allow me to rent it one way so I had to go 100 miles out of my way to return his vehicle

I ordered a 26' truck a week or so before needing it and was directed to this location to pick it up. My pick up time was 730pm. When I arrived, I was told that they didn't have a 26' truck and never have them and the man there said he didn't know why I was sent to him. He wasn't proactive in any way and didn't offer any suggestions on how to resolve this issue and was condescending. He kept saying that the computer sent me to this location and the computer was wrong. He didn't seem to care about helping me and told me to call customer service, gave me the number, then told me they were closed. He ended up giving me a smaller truck than I ordered

I would not recommend UHAUL based on the experience from the company itself. I never received a call the night before, and instead had to call myself the next morning. After being on a very long hold and getting hung up on several times, I was told they didn't have my 26 foot truck for 7am and instead gave me a 20 ft for 5pm. Not sufficient for a 10 hour move!!!!! I had to rent another truck for this upcoming weekend to finish my move, and it's NOT FROM UHAUL!!!! Never again will I use or recommend your services

Great service! I had a question about the truck and they picked right up and were there whenever I needed them! If you need to rent a truck this is the place to go! They also run a gas station, made it so easy to gas up the truck when I returned it!

U-Haul was an absolute embarrassment contracted their recommended moving helpers who not only did not show but when reached by phone said they would be an hour late so I waited then completely no show ,won't answer phone U-Haul no help had to call friends with no notice for help very unprofessional would love for U-Haul management to call me

I wouldn't recommend uhaul at all. I made a reservation for a location no contact pick up at a location 2 miles from me. The day of the move 2 hours before my pick up time I got a message saying I had to pick up at another location 40 minutes away! And I had to pay for the added mileage. When I called and complained I was told there was t anything they could do, the website should have never taken my reservation!! I had movers sitting around for over an hour having to wait for the truck!! Once I was got there the no contact for the truck wasn't ready. I had to fill out paperwork, and there was only one person filling gas, running a convince store and doing uhaul work!! It took another 30 minutes of waiting around! And the original location that I was supposed to pick up a truck, was the storage facility I was using had two trucks that were never moved the day I moved in! So it feels like uhaul changed my reservation just so they could make extra money on the miles, because the uhaul customer service told me there were no other trucks closer in the entire area. Very poor customer service.

I believe the lady that help me all the phone her name was Debbie was very helpful when out of her way to make sure that everything was arranged to make it as simple as possible is one of the say thank you for her help. The only drawback to this whole experience was the fact that when I got to the location there was no pick up truck it was not back yet so I ended up taking a Van which still worked but moving my cargo was a little harder.

Not much to improve on. I've rented multiple times from this location, and the equipment is always well maintained. Staff is always attentive, helpful, and friendly. Will be returning every time I need a rental.

During initial online reservation I had some confusion but called support and they cleared it up quickly. On day of pickup the truck was ready and the agent was able to verify the reservation without any problem. I was able to get the truck and be on my way in about 10 minutes. Return of the truck to the same location was quick and again it only took about 10 minutes. I would recommend and I would rent there again.

The location has a sign on their door that says “no mask/no service” yet both the man I was forced to interact with when I picked the truck up and the man who was there when I dropped it off never once put a mask on while I was wearing one the whole time both times. To top it off, I reserved the truck as a truck share so there should have been no need to interact with the first or second man at all yet the only way to pick it up was to go inside and have the attendant ring me up because the mobile check in froze up while I was trying to check in. The chat during that check in received no response at all. The truck had garbage in the bed of the truck that I refuse to take it off it because I'm not touching empty water bottles of god knows who. I returned the truck exactly how it was given to me and when the attendant came towards me to get my keys from me after I checked the truck back in, again with no mask on, I threw the keys at his feet and left. This we'll be my last rental at any U-Haul location because it appears U-Haul does not follow CDC and government regulations regarding masks.

Not only will we not recommend this location, we'll never recommend or use uhaul again. Our truck pickup location changed the morning of our move. It took 40 minutes to pick up our truck. We had to deliver it much further away resulting in a delay and a charge for a second day- not just for the truck - for EVERYTHING even tho this is an issue with uhaul not us. Misleading advertising. Incredibly rude customer service reps (look up my notes. Fen was terrible). Our large truck didn't have antilock breaks. Just. Horrendous.

Owners son takes gas pump off and takes picture of the fuel level before the needle even has a chance to move at all. So not only did I put gas in it, they also charged me $23 for extra gas. Literally got robbed.

My original pickup location was almost 20 miles from the rescheduled one. This added almost 40 miles and over 50 dollars to charges for the rental, and delayed my entire day of moving by over an hour. That's just poor service...

When dealing with a customer, don't be on your phone. Had to wait a long time because the guy was the only person at this gas station we're cars were pulling in for fuel. Customer service was poor and my reservation got messed up from the beginning. Was not worth the money I paid for and will never use Uhaul again.

The only problem was the driver seat sea belt was not working. Had to connect it to the middle seat which caused the alarm to ring the whole time. Sorry I forgot to tell the company I was dropping it off to about the problem,

The van was full of hair, it could have been white dog hair. It was everywhere on the front two seats. The company charged me twice for one service. Looking at my credit card statement now, I am planning to get one refunded. But I am nervous they will not be willing. Thanks.
