We had a great experience with Uhaul. Though there was a minor issue with our first reservation, they still managed to help us and provided another option. We appreciate it.

leon aThe operator of this location was Awesome!!! We've used Uhaul multiple times over the years and the service was amazing best we've ever had!! Now as for getting our charges and or credits back we have had issues with your company a few times. You all get our funds immediately but, returning the overcharges are not fast. Please ensure you return the funds just as soon as possible. Merci.

Pam BHe told me it had half a tank of fuel, and to return it that way. It only had 3/8 tank. U-Haul also changed the pick up location the day before adding 80 miles round trip. Could have been a problem.
