EDWARD SThere was no safety pin used on the tongue of the car dolly. The ratcheting was difficult because the mechanism was so dry (no lubricant). We couldn't get the pins out that release the ramps. Only to get down the road a bit and because the pin was stuck in a half way out position, it released one of the ramps while on the road! Also, the tongue popped of the ball, nearly missing two people working in the area of the tongue. It hurt the bench we own by hitting it really hard on the way up! This is when we realized that all the safety measures that we hooked up at the store were not enough. This is where we identified a hole ware we presumed a pin should have been. After returning the dolly we didn't have anyone come out to inspect it. My husband did go into the store and report what you read here..Before we rent anything from Rosaties again we will insist that they come out and insure we have hooked up the rental with all the applicable safeties in place. Then the rental folks may have seen that something was not right. Thank you for reading the review, so rental is a safer experience for all involved.

lon sThis location needs to have employees that are trained on check out and check in for rental equipment. Went to pick up and the employee took a long time as the only person who knows how was off due to having a baby. They had no idea where the keys were. When I went to return equipment there was only one person working the store who didn't even know how to log onto the computer. Had me go outside to the self check in through my phone. App is confusing and wouldn't even let me upload the picture I took of the odometer but wanted me to use my camera, I had already dropped the key in the box . Thought I was completely checked in but still got an email stating I was late returning equipment even though I was early Next time I may look at different rental truck options

dena cWorkers just complaining about how they didn't want to be there. Worker also complained about having to " help with the u-haul because as she says " we shouldn't even fu****g do u haul no one knows how to do it and no one is ever here to do it anyway." Then said she might be able to get someone to help but probably not. We did not receive any information. Just handed keys.
Dominic VThe people who work at the marketplace do not know how to use the Uhaul computer and got very upset with us that we were there to rent a trailer. It was not a great experience at all!

William SYes everything was fine until we went to get the refund mailed or returned on my card and the people at Andy's would not send me a check would not refund my card they told me I had to come an hour and a half away and pick the money up cuz they only would give me cash back so that's $50 that I just guess I won't get back because I have to pay $5 to go across the bridge and five to get back so really what's the point and over 20 $30 in gas so really they made this whole experience shitty at the end so nope I won't use them again
Eric RBooked a trailer and appliance dolly, when arrived was told they were closed it was 6pm they close at 7pm. I told her I had a reservation she then helped me, I was told there was no dollies available. She hooked the trailer to my vehicle and took her pictures. Later when we were loading the trailer it popped of the hitch, the uhaul lady did not hook it up properly. This could have been a very dangerous situation. I am not happy with the service I received this time. We had to go to the uhaul in hale mi to get an appliance dolly.

ronald lWindow was down and it was raining very hard so seat was wet. Inside the back of truck it leaked and was wet. Organization at this location was poor. Employees were not trained very well.
