GARY RExcellent facility to rent from. Store was very clean, and the employees were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I don't know how my experience could have been any better.

THOMAS RThe drivers mirror kept vibrating out of position so I had to pull over to adjust mirror. The truck (10' foot box truck) needs rear shocks bad! The windshield was filthy and it needs wiper blades. The light rain I drove in mucked up the whole windshield. The truck was very clean in the cab and in the box when I picked it up and it's tank was full .

JAY DTruck was clean but was in poor condition. Had a bad vibration at 50 mph. Driver side door did not close properly.

Originally I'd reserved 10 ft in wheatfield stating in green guarantee reserve thank goodness I called location to double check and they had NO trucks available they gave me dispatch number n ID ended up paying almost double amount for no choice 20ft in total different location

elwood kVery helpful personnel at location. Tires were near end of life, hence the "No" on equipment. Not a dedicated U-Haul location so I realize they have limited or non-existant capabilities to address things like worn tires.

KAREN SHeating did not work well in the truck. 12 degrees outside, and the heater would blow a little warm, and then nothing but cold air. Should have gotten some type of discount off the price for that. Not happy!

Larry LBe more customer helpful. My truck broke down. I rented a u-haul truck Everything went fine at that point. My problem , I for got to leave the key to the truck. Now I'm 900 miles away. Called to see who to mail the key to. Manager would not accept the key so a vehicle transport could pick it up. Next , vehicle transport was having problems loading a locked up truck , u-haul rental place also rents equipment . They had a tractor with a lift that could help load the truck. Manager said noway. I am thankful that they had a truck available , the employee was helpful to get me back on the road , but the owner / manager is a real dick head.

Joy MI would recommend this place If it didn't take more money than what was supposed to be. I rented a tow dolly for $48 and they took $75 and still haven't gave back the difference. I will be making a claim bit this is ridiculous, I returned the rental on time in the same day and I get this for it. Never using these people again unless I have cash and it's my last option.
