Lisa EllenaThe UHaul app experience was very poor. More GUI feedback is needed. There are times within the app when after "submit" or "next" is pressed when the screen goes dark and offers no feedback making veryndifficult to ascertain if the app is locked or progress is happening.
SCOTT GARDNERWas flat rated for thirty miles to drop the truck off at different location . Only went Roughly 14 miles . Was charged an additional 630+ dollars for milage fees . This all accord on a Friday morning . The charges weren't filed until Saturday morning . Over drew hundreds out of my account . Was froze out of that account most of the week after and hit with over draft fees . Very unprofessional of the Post Falls Idaho location.
CHRISTOPHER HARDINGTruck was dirty inside and out. Truck had not been washed and looked like it just came back from a long trip. Cab had coffee/soda residue in cup holders and floor was dirty. Inside truck box was swept out, but floor had a bad oil residue and grime on the floor. Truck looked rough. We used it to haul items for a wedding we hosted for our daughter. It was a bit embarrassing to have such a rough U-Haul truck present at the event.

Christine FisherMy rental began on July 4th so the location's staff had the day off. Could not get the lock open on the truck I was initially given. Fortunately there was another truck nearby with a lock I could open. The telephone support was excellent.
John HappyI had a terrible experience with the uHaul app when dropping off the truck. 1st, it was saying I was 0,04 miles aways - and I could not get it to show me at the facility so I could not check in for 40 minutes while I attempted chatting, and then calling a number given by the chat to speak with a rep. When I spoke with the rep and explained I am at the facility, and I am on the app, and attempting to check in, but it won't accept my location, the rep said, "are you at the facility?" yes, she had me walk from one end to the other and side to side to see if the 0,04 would correct itself. I was on the line a long time. I finally tried the uhaul.com address from inside the mailbox drop (not on the app) and the location was right there. I had to retake all my photos I had taken almost an hour before. That was frustrating. Also, the contract said I needed 7,6 gallons to get back to the 3/4 tank, but it didn't register that I was at 3/4 tank, so I kept adding another half gallon, up to 12,5 gallons. It still stayed right below 3/4 tank. I gave up and drove to the drop off. When I was taking my photos of the miles, I suddenly had a FULL tank of gas. It cost my an extra $20 in gas for that! I asked the lady on the phone to credit my receipt for 1/4 tank of gas, and she said they can't do that. I know they could because when we picked up a truck once a few weeks ago, the contract said the tank was at half, but someone had syphoned all the gas tanks from the facility the night before, so they gave a credit for half a tank of gas on the contract. All-in-all, I will always use Ross Point mini storage when I need a truck in Post Falls area, but I know now not to use the app there.

KEVIN AARDAHLThe online ordering is pretty much the worst process ever!!! We actually had to leave and come back and have a human help us get our truck because the online app was useless. The system said it would call our references- and didn't. Had they done so we could have taken care of things over the phone. It's hard to use an app that is fully dependent on Wi-Fi when it's spotty. The online process was the worst- The lady inside the store was very helpful. I say let's keep the humans!!!
