Roger TRequired roadside assistance due to check brakes service light coming on. Weather was poor. Uhaul roadside in Phoenix were great to deal with. I spoke with a few operators there. Tanya in Halifax was great as well. It took crews a few days to recover the truck but overall was a good experience. Merci.

Malcolm HThe cost of the drop fee in London, Ontario was prohibitive, which meant that I had to haul the trailer all the way back to NB empty. This seems like a waste and was inconvenient for us.

BOB F | Expérience généraleThe reservation was not client service orientated. I was hung up on and transferred into the "queue" to wait for 45 min. This was done 4 times waiting 4 hours total. They wanted me to originally pick up the uhaul in the USA ( please keep in mind the Covid protocols where in place as well ). It was finally arranged that I had a truck but the reservation was for a 10' but received a 26' truck 12 hours before. I had no choice but to use this which doubled my gas usage reflecting in a list of money. Extremely unhappy with the service and reservation options. . I recommend you fix your reservation options to your clients
Phil WI dropped the truck off after hours and so did not meet any personnel. However, by 7:30 the next morning I promptly had an email receipt from them.

ALISON BTruck was in stock, but having reserved truck 1,5 months in advance of needing, called day prior to pick-up and was told they weren't sure if it would be there and I may need to go to another location 1 hour away. If a reservation is made well in-advance, there should be no doubt it will be available for pick-up at desired location.
JIM FI had a terrible experience getting my truck on a Sunday. I did it all online. I got the truck number and the keys from the box. I should say first that I requested a 15' truck initially but was told they would not have one and they would upgrade me to a 26' for the same price. They key I got was for a 26' which was parked between 2 others. When I put the key in the ignition and depressed the brake to start, I got a weird noise and key would not turn. I called UHaul and waited 20 minutes to speak with someone. They told me they did not know what was wrong so put me through to Roadside Assistant. The man I spoke with there was very nice although he said he was not a mechanic and couldn't really help in that way. He told me to go home and he would call me to figure something out. About a half hour later, after he spoke with a mechanic, they realized that I had thr wrong key. They key number I had belonged to a 15' truck. There was a 15' in the lot but I assumed it must have been for another client. The key did work in this truck although I had rented a dolly as well and it was not in the truck. I spoke with a man at this location on Monday and he was confused that I had not taken my key from box 1 and the first truck which he had prepared with a dolly for me. He said that whoever prepared this contract up had messed it up. He apologized and was not sure how it happened. I actually was quite shocked that UHaul had not offered to do something for me given the loss of 4 hours moving time, no dolly and the total inconvenience and frustration of the situation. I think they may have reimbursed me for the 2 day dolly rental but have not actually checked my credit card. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to pick up a UHaul after hours at a location. I thought maybe as a gesture for my inconvenience maybe they would just charge for one day rental but no, nothing was done in that respect.
Michele MI had to drive 3 hours instead of 10 minutes to get the trailer. Have the equipment ready where I reserved it months ago.
Brian DThis place is very clean and the customer service is excellent and great people to deal with. Big parking lot for turning large trailers and trucks, 24 hour access and easy off load of your things.
