Recommend with reservations. One man show. Didn't have the truck I reserved. Reserved a 15' and was supplied with a 24'. More gas, too much ch empty space. Total mess on the other end

Howard NTruck had broken glass in cab. Window slipped down and had to have cardboard put in track to hold it up. Was at half full marker when picked up which was noted by the clerk. Before returning truck gas totaling $25 was put in to bring tank back to half full Final bill came with a $40 charge for 8 gallons of gas. Truck was driven less than 100 miles round trip for church related business. Have received No response from my complaint about it. Will probably never use UHaul again and won't recommend.
Evangeline HStaff at this location was not helpful, the truck in my opinion should not have been put in service for such a long trip. He did not seemed bothered about my concern and me as a customer in general.

Barbara RI told the person who made me the contract that I wanted a one-way truck, I paid him for what he asked, he told me that he could deliver the truck at any location and put in the contract that I had to return it to the place of origin. I am writing this so that everyone can read the contract well, since they charged me $ 235 more, they say than for non-compliance, and I think this is a robbery.
JOSE LBy the looks of it, first impressions were that it was going to be a bad experience returning... maybe too busy to help bc it was within another business. I was pleasantly surprised... the guy came out to greet us and was extremely nice and helpful.
David SThey never checked the U-Haul in till hours after I dropped it off. Since my prior experience with U-Haul I took pictures with time stamps of this return so I have proof of my actions. Thieves if you want the truth. Not nice to do that to customers.

Juanita SI picked up the truck. Tried to explain to the gentleman that I was to get a 10 % discount . I showed him the text … Oh you have to tell them when you turn in the truck. He never gave me the discount. He never gave me a paper receipt or anything?? When I returned the truck the gentleman told me that I needed to have done this when picking up the truck. This gentleman also said that I would need to put in a claim for this discount. Please help me in getting my 10 % discount credited to my credit card. MARK AThis staff is a complete embarrassment to U-Haul. If I hadn't rented from better locations in the past and didn't know there were better locations out there i would never rent fron U-Haul agaun. The staff acted like my U-Haul rental was their inconvenience. They put zero effort in and were complete ass holes. They refused to give me any paperwork at pick up or drop off. They refused to go out to the truck and inspect it or confirm mileage and fuel level. At pick up the fuel level was 1/4 tank lower than the emailed contract reflected. When I returned the truck I filled the fuel level 1/8th of a tank over where the contract showed it and was still charged for 4 additional gallons of fuel on the final bill. I can't emagine how many customers U-Haul loses because of these lazy ass holes and have no idea why U-Haul continues to alow them to be a part of their program. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

matthew fThe mobile check in did not work. The store clerk did little to help. I had to dial the 1-800 uhaul number and hold for 30-45 minutes. Over all terrible experience.

Lisa CUnfortunately, they as a policy do not help you with hooking up. The trailer 6 x 12 was much heavier then the smaller trailers so it really takes 2 to put it on and off, when asked them to help (hooking up and unhooking) they said they usually do not help, that usually would be a extra charge, but they did anyway. Plus, really didn't know to much about the workings of the equipment, Other then that it was a so so experience. Probably better to go to a regular uhaul next time.

robert bI pulled up with the trailer. Went inside with my paperwork and didnt feel at ease. I asked if I should sign something to prove I dropped it off and he said no. My question is..if I dont sign something how do you know I even dropped it off? Anyway...I took pictures of the entire station..the traylor I dropped off and the trailer number so UHaul will know I dropped it where they told me to. On top of all that dude told me to back it up over in the grass and unhook and leave it there. First of all...I am not good at backing up...second I'm 65 years old and it was really hard for me to unhook and push the trailer were he wanted me to put it..so the best I could do was get it close pulling in..unhook and just dropped it right there. Rude..Rude..unhelpful and I mention I AM 65 YEARS OLD AND ONLY 120 POUNDS!!! Also..there were NO customers in the location but me. Again..RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE
