The counter person was helpful after the original drop off location refused to accept the trailer for return. I was at the scheduled drop off location on time, directed to take the trailer "Down the street" because he didn't want it. It seemed to make a nightmare for the girl behind the counter, she was trying to take care of her food store customers, which is ok. She had me drop the trailer and did not offer me a receipt (my mistake, I should have insisted on one) 2 days later the trailer hadn't been turned in according to the system and I paid 2 more days of rental! I had to call U-Haul to look into why the trailer hadn't been returned in the system.

All good. The return of the one truck we rented doubled their fleet.
Sara RWhile I didn't need to go into the office to drop off vehicle I can rate the facility and return process. The outside was clesn, well lighted and lots of room to leave the truck. The key return box was in a convenient and well lighted area. The whole process was automated, easy to use and quick.
