No one was present at the time I dropped off the trailer. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the owner to show up, who had went to pick up some parts.
edward B.The location and customer service at Roy Boys was amazing. The trailer was usable but the amount of prior damage was converting. I was supposed to receive a text to post pictures at pick up and did not receive a text.
Liz H.They weren't even open Saturday and I had to call uhaultoget the trailer through the area manager. Because of it I think I should have gotten a discount or something for the inconvenience of nobody being there for pick up when the locationstates open 10-4 on Saturday. The trailer was in bad shape. Will never use that location again for moving out of state.
