When we arrived to pick up the truck, we realized we were in a complete dead zone. Both myself and my girlfriend couldn't check-in because of this and we had to drive 10min out of the way just to get coverage. She has AT&T and I have Verizon and neither of us had coverage at the location for pick-up. This has caused us to be late by an hour to our moving location and was extremely stressful. I don't believe this location is a good fit for a uhaul pick-up, and I would appreciate if someone reached out to me about a possible refund. Merci!

The uhaul website crashed and was not helpful. Being in rural locations made internet access difficult to aquire
