Joy EstherI ordered and piad for 3 utility dollies and a furniture dolly and they only had one utility dolly that they had to track down. I asked then for my money back for the dollies and they tenured saying it was my problem with uhaul. I wonder how many people they rip off and steal from in this way.

Sam PostmaMaybe get an honest legitimate business to run your location. They gave me a filthy truck with less than a quarter tank yet the contract said it had over 3/4 tank. Mileage was also off from the contract. I will never rent from them again or use their tire service. Dishonestly will not be tolerated by me.

DANA BLYSTONEThe lady who checked me in and out was exceptional and professional. She works the front desk. She explained everything in detail, thorough and polite. She was working with equipment with a broke finger.
Christal MaxwellThe office was filthy, could hardly hear the lady talk. The truck was old. It has a loud engine noise and hard to shift gears, at times it did not shift to the last gear (this creates more fuel consumption and is unfair as we have to paid more for fuel) even do I was going 60 MPH on a flat road. The truck was also dirty, it has garbage behind the seats (did not see it until I was done loading), it has notes on papers that pop up from under the seat and another stacked in the windshield. There were screws laying around the bottom of the console. It is not fair for the customer (in this case me) that: - We are given a truck deficient mechanical conditions to make interstate moves. In my case, from the pick up location to my loading location was about 10 city blocks, did not have the chance to experience bad mechanical conditions. - Being given a truck in dirty conditions - Having to go to a filthy location to pick up the vehicle Bottom line -- I had to spend more on fuel and drive in an uncomfortable vehicle

The location did not have the appliance dolley ordered so she sourced it at another location which was great but just caused us to drive out of our way for it. The horrible part was when I got to the location for the dolley Watson and Taylor Storage at 828 60th street, they did not have said dolley that was supposedly reserved for me. He said he had one and a reservation came in before mine. So I asked him why he told the young lady at RT that he had one… guessed he over looked that rental… very rude group at that facility. Moving is frustrating and stressful and the Watson Taylor Storage location is no help!!! I better not have been charged for the dolley!

DOLORES LOUISI drove 6 miles and put 1 gallon of gas in the truck. They charged me $6,75 for gas. That doesn't make a bit of sense.

PATTI VALIANTEI requested to pick up my truck up at 8am and was confirmed that I could. When I arrived and checked in on my phone I was informed that the location did not offer contactless pick up and I would have to wait until 9am to pick up my truck. When I returned at 9:10am the person who checks out the trucks was not there yet and they did not have the utility dolly I requested.
