Hello I got an issue I took the U haul and by mistake I filled extra gas in U haul and when ai returned it I said can you reduce my price of rent or milege chharges but they totally refused it.

The shop is a little cluttered. The van cab was clean enough but the van space in back could have been swept and wiped down. Lucky for me my mattress was still in the original plastic wrap, otherwise ....

My son returned the truck after filling it to the same level as I received it but the agent there charged my credit card $51,38 for gas. He said it was not at the same level

The attendant had me move other trucks in order to get mine and I had to de-ice the windows to do so. The rear door was not secured and the ramp slid out on the road. I was asked to pick the truck up from here but I had to go to another uhaul place to pick up the moving materials.

Your call centre hired shape shifters to move my stuff. When those men closed the back door of the truck they didn't do it properly and the door bounced up and some of my belongings fell out on the road. Also they didn't bring any equipment for moving not even a screw driver. They tried to talk me out of taking all my stuff even though there was room to spare when it was all loaded Also the men at the rental office really struggled to get my receipts to print delaying me from leaving both times.

After the crack heads left, things were fine. Again, uhaul changed my drop off location from Russel street in Sarnia to a location in Michigan. Michigan is in a different country. I spent over 1 hour on the phone with three diffent people to fix this . This was my worst experience ever with uhaul. I almost expect a refund!!

We were sent to a very busy convenience store depot from a very quiet main uhaul depot. Kudos to the lone clerk who dealt with us while juggling a ton of other store customers. Would be nice if they took the 5 mins to go get a truck to complete.our booking at the requested pick up location rather than making us travel farther to a less equipped uhaul rep. The location we were sent to were awesome to us.

Miles to kilometres conversation should be an integral part of your contract, failure to have this Confuses operators, clients, and can lead to overcharges to the clients.

We picked up a dirty truck. Chips between the seats after we had left. We didn't have a vacuum and swept out everything we could teach but still got charged $25.00. That is why we will stick to the Camalachie pick up Point we chose in the first place or nothing. Uhaul changed the location the day before so we didn't have a choice.

The location itself was excellent. The fact that uhaul sent us 100 km away for a pick up at a very different time then requested is not acceptable considering reservation was completed months in advance.

I booked a different location for the pick up. This location was almost an hour away, costing me 2 hours of my time and gas, two ways for the car that drove me there and the gas for the truck. Very upsetting. If you don't have a truck available at the requested location don't let someone book from there and then tall them 12 hrs before the scheduled pick up time that they have to drive an hour away to pick it up

The uhaul had a half tank of gas, had not had the cab interior cleaned, the storage space was dusty, and the overhead door was very hard to open.

We have been dealing with UHaul for a very long time and usually deal with the folks at Confederation St Sarnia which has always been great but This time we had to use the Russel St location and took over a 1,5 hrs. after I reserved everything online. Most rude and ignorant people ever, We do a lot of work for Imperial Oil and is time sensitive this is unacceptable. Unless things change there wont be using you again.

Employee didn't seem to know what he was doing when I returned the truck. And I was charged a $20 service fee for returning the truck "after hours" even though an employee was there and I was told I could return the truck anytime before the next day

The uhaul was filthy. We had picked it up the night before and only noticed how dirty it was when we were leaving . The cup holders had food stuck to them. There was garbage in the back.There was old receipts from previous I people. I will.not rent again. The guy at the store also broke protocol not wearing a mask. For the price we were charged we had expected more from uhaul especially during covid.

Both on pick up and return cashier stopped assisting me to help store patrons. On return he did it twice! I filled out all information online to save time at pick up but had had to provide all the same information when I attended to get the keys

Found staff to be hard to deal with could not find the information when I arrived to pick up. Application was filled out the info on line except for uploading the drivers licence all the work was done but gentleman at pick up seemed confused and not customer friendly. Drop off rep was great.

The truck share could not locate my location, despite ensuring my phone was sharing its location. It was a very frustrating experience and caused a 45 minute delay in retrieving the vehicle.

I rented a van for one day on feb 27 and drives for 15 Kilometres and they charged me for 101.44. uhaul advertised that it would be 20 dollars for one day and plus the kilometre drive. I called the customer service and their response was that they couldn't do anything about it. If I rented from local business it would cost me less than 30 dollars. uhaul is absolutely ripped off.

Learn the systems, i paid online and when i arrived i still waited almost 2hrs because it was requesting a deposit even after payment was made then on top of that when i returned the truck they charged me for a extra day because when the dispatched my truck they dispatched it for my arrival time at the pick up location so i lost the 2 hrs i was at the store waiting when the location told me to have truck returned by 9pm the next day but still charged me another full day and refused to give me back my full deposit when he assured me the full deposit would be returned. Then the owner told me to meet him the next day to discuss this in person and the owner avoided me for 3 days.
