Overall people working there were informative and friendly and i dont have complaint toward them one of them even went out of their way and explained some stuff about the vehicle. What im going to make a complaint about and was not satisfied with was the way the vehicle was maintained im not expecting a brand new car with lots of power and all but what i do expect is at least no maintenance lights or computer errors to pop up im someone that knows cars so i knew it wasn't a big deal but it all took a turn when the vehicle thats supposed to be something sturdy with all my stuff in it became unstable and i had to deal with all mechanical problems of the car while moving all my stuff which could have not happened if someone check the maintenance state of the vehicle !Alireza G.

Everything was right on the cleanest U haul truck we have ever rented P/U time was 10:15AM we arrived early @9:45 am glitche with u haul system attendant got fixed & voila we left at 10:15 on the spot. My name is Shawn jahangivarnd and my contract number is : 13483381 I received the uhal receipt today that is totally different from my agreement that I signedâ€¦ So this is the difference: 1- I signed for 1999 kilometres for 330$ But on the receipt i got charged for 999 kilometres 300$ and extra 166,8$ for extra kilometresâ€¦ 2- I signed 75$ for damage waiver but i got charged 90$ 3- I agreed on a 7 days car rent and I brought the car back less than 7 days , but i got charged 109$ for additional days â€¦ I attached the original agreement and the receipt here . My truck rear door cable is jammed and it was cut to proceed with my move.since the door was cut because of jamming problem, every time I need to open it manually with more effort which I should font as I have paid right amount which you have asked for this service. 1. I informed the location of the shaking of â€œthe steering wheel issueâ€ while driving and nothing was done. If I wanted to rent a truck or van with mechanical issues, I wouldn't have chosen U-haul. 2. I tried use my VISA DEBIT card for the credit card hold but U-haul system would not allow it causing me to â€œHAVEâ€ to use a â€œMAJOR CREDIT CARDâ€. This has disrupted my budget. I had the funds on the VISA DEBIT CARD but it was constantly rejected.Evens-P. B.

The guy, who rents out the vehicles at 426 Major MacKenzie Dr E Unit 2 Richmond Hill, ON L4C1J2, did not inform me on late return. If I would have known there's a charge for it, I would have rented it for longer. That guy also did not tell me that there's a charge for vehicle inspection after the trip. That info I got via text later on. I've been renting U-Haul for the last 20yrs or so, NEVER AGAIN!!! Just bc there are multiple charges, for everything, even for the things that used to be free. unfortunately, I'm done with dealing with U-Haul ever again. it just became way too expensive, charging for everything. Naturally, I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone.IRINA K.

Firstly, the truck was clean but smelly. Secondly, the guy in charge of the location didn't have the furniture dolly which I had already paid 10 dollars for it but there was no way I can get my 10 bucks back. Thirdly, the guy in charge of the location was disagreeable. I showed him the reicept that I had paid around 470 dollars for the truck, but he refused to give us the truck because he couldn't see our payment in the software system and wanted to charge us 470 dollars again instead of calling the U-Haul help line to confirm our payment. I had to call U-Haul help line myself and when I got a representive on the line, he finally agreed to give us the truck. Fourthly, he charged another 49,8 dollars without specifying how the payment was for.Huawei Z.

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience!! The same truck was book for us and another client. We arrived at the location and uhaul system confirmed the same truck with same serial no for us and the other client. The other client was aggressive (had to call police) took the key and drove away while we were on the call with uhaul for TWO hours. After 2hrs when we got connected, the agent did not even apologize for the mess like nothing happened. We said we would like to file a formal complaint (because the other client was driving a car that had our registration) stayed on the phone for another half hour when connected it was reservation department and did not take our complaint. Waited again on the line for another half hour when the line disconnected... Terrible terrible experienceGholamreza S.
