small not clear where to park drop truck and U-Haul sign is too small
Nick CWhen I am returning the truck to my nearest location they won't allow it because they said that, they have no booking in that location and they made me returned the truck far away from my location only because they have a next booking into that location and they made a note that if I returned the truck to a different location other than the specific location in which they have a next booking, additional charges may apply. The convenience is not for the customer it's for the Uhaul company. IS NOT FAIR!!! I would never recommend Uhaul.
Reychard LI was charged extra for fuel after I topped it back up to level I received the van. Very displeased!! I took photos AS WELL.

Mehdi MVehicle was absolutely empty of gas on pick up which it should never be - engine would not start and required 3 attempts . Looks like it was never even checked over after the last return .
Howard CI was charged for gas although i filled it already I didn’t receive the code for the lock it took 1 hour to get the code I had to call and wait for a long time it’s very poor system

Dean AOverall people working there were informative and friendly and i dont have complaint toward them one of them even went out of their way and explained some stuff about the vehicle. What im going to make a complaint about and was not satisfied with was the way the vehicle was maintained im not expecting a brand new car with lots of power and all but what i do expect is at least no maintenance lights or computer errors to pop up im someone that knows cars so i knew it wasn't a big deal but it all took a turn when the vehicle thats supposed to be something sturdy with all my stuff in it became unstable and i had to deal with all mechanical problems of the car while moving all my stuff which could have not happened if someone check the maintenance state of the vehicle !
Alireza GEverything was right on the cleanest U haul truck we have ever rented P/U time was 10:15AM we arrived early @9:45 am glitche with u haul system attendant got fixed & voila we left at 10:15 on the spot. Thank You U Haul & the great work of the guy wish I could remember his name ***** (five stars to this man ) & U Haul

Mehrmah DI didn't know how much was needed to refuel car back to its original level. So I ended up refueling it 4 times more of its normal consumption.
Arian GMy name is Shawn jahangivarnd and my contract number is : 13483381 I received the uhal receipt today that is totally different from my agreement that I signed… So this is the difference: 1- I signed for 1999 kilometres for 330$ But on the receipt i got charged for 999 kilometres 300$ and extra 166,8$ for extra kilometres… 2- I signed 75$ for damage waiver but i got charged 90$ 3- I agreed on a 7 days car rent and I brought the car back less than 7 days , but i got charged 109$ for additional days … I attached the original agreement and the receipt here . Please follow up for me and let me know

Jack DMy truck rear door cable is jammed and it was cut to proceed with my move.since the door was cut because of jamming problem, every time I need to open it manually with more effort which I should font as I have paid right amount which you have asked for this service. Also for the pickup you have asked to travel with the time equal to my destination.
Arunkumar BYour app is absolutely terrible. Took an hour to be able to check in with minimal to no response from customer service on navigating. Will willingly spend more in order to go to a competitor so that I can avoid dealing with this in the future.

Ardavan Z1. I informed the location of the shaking of "the steering wheel issue" while driving and nothing was done. If I wanted to rent a truck or van with mechanical issues, I wouldn't have chosen U-haul. 2. I tried use my VISA DEBIT card for the credit card hold but U-haul system would not allow it causing me to "HAVE" to use a "MAJOR CREDIT CARD". This has disrupted my budget. I had the funds on the VISA DEBIT CARD but it was constantly rejected.
Evens-P. BOur truck wouldn’t start, and when it did it shut off a couple of times, so we had to cancel the move and return truck!

Roberts PThe guy, who rents out the vehicles at 426 Major MacKenzie Dr E Unit 2 Richmond Hill, ON L4C1J2, did not inform me on late return. If I would have known there's a charge for it, I would have rented it for longer. That guy also did not tell me that there's a charge for vehicle inspection after the trip. That info I got via text later on. I've been renting U-Haul for the last 20yrs or so, NEVER AGAIN!!! Just bc there are multiple charges, for everything, even for the things that used to be free. unfortunately, I'm done with dealing with U-Haul ever again. it just became way too expensive, charging for everything. Naturally, I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone.
