I have been a customer since 1999 and I have been extremely satisfied.
NAN FThe check-in process was glitchy- the website kept booting us out and we had to redo the process which was stressful. We also were charged for an extra dolly we did not rent and was not on the truck.
Haley SI wish I had talked with U-Haul in Greenville about the trailer. One of the ratchet straps ( left front corner needs to be replaced and is missing a part in the mechanism. It made my peace of mind for the trip a bit in easy, but we made it. I used a few of my own straps. I was just glad I purchased insurance. Thankfully, we made it safe. The team was very nice at this location, but could not tell me anything of what the insurance policy actually covered and to what amount. There were no brochures either.
BENJAMIN BI thought it was a great location to rent a truck. Loved meeting his pet cat. Super convenient place on the south side of Tyler has a smal fleet of uhauls but a good one.
LUCINDA CPlace was "closed for lunch" so we had to sit 10-15 minutes. Once the guy showed up, I walked inside and it appeared that I was bothering him. He said "okay, I'll take it from here" and that's it.

DAVID JThe tiny mess of an office I stepped into in order to complete the pickup initially had nobody in it. A few minutes after I entered, a gentleman entered through the side door from the mechanic shop, blowing cigarette smoke out as the door shut behind him. We completed the transaction with very few words, despite being told I would be helped to find the drop off location. I was handed keys after an abrupt few sentences and told to complete the inspection and pickup on my own via a text prompt. The truck was a mess, with trash and food pieces in the cab, and it reeked of cigarettes. There were melted spots on the cup holders from what looked like cigarettes being left sitting on the edge. When I asked about documenting it so I would not be charged during the drop off, the guy offered no help and said he "can't do anything about it if someone smokes in it", and that " he didn't really care". He told me to just write it down on the paperwork; paperwork that was not provided, only emailed to me after I completed the pickup. It felt like an inconvenience to be there and I won't be using this location again. Be sure to take lots of pictures and document everything yourself as this location does not care to help with anything.

SAMANTHA MThe store clerk was not friendly and seemed bothered that I was there. Also, the drop box for the keys did not have a big enough hole for the key fob so I had to call support and get the code for another box to put them in.

NATASCHA HPrimary issue was I was given a trailer with two very underpressured tires. They were 25 psi and less. Had I not noticed and checked pressure after loading the trailer, then borrowing a neighbor's air compressor to properly inflate all 4 tires, I most assuredly would have encountered a blowout on my long trip. Also the wrong trailer information had been entered into a system such that my trailer did not match the one shown on the rental. This may have been related to a change in rental pickup location due to the abandonment of the original pickup origin by the staff before 3:30 PM despite the 5 PM closing.
DONALD WDon't send him to this place! The man is rude and doesn't want anything to do with renting or accepting equipment.

MICHAEL TPlace needs cleaning. Owner has no personality or hospitality. It is a very convenient drop-off location! I'm okay with this but someone else may have big issues.

Simon YI was charged for fuel when I shouldn't have been. I provided a picture of the fuel level when I got in, because I took a picture of it since U-Haul is NOTORIOUS for charging for anything and I was charged for (2) additional gallons when I actually put more fuel in it than what was in it when I got in.
Jennifer HI am terribly disheartened by the rude customer service I received here. The employee was dismissive, failing to show any respect to myself. He rudely refused to really answer questions I had about the rental service. When I asked questions, his go to response would be to tell me to just go to the website. When I would have a question about the website/app and the pre-inspection (which he did not participate in) he would simply and rudely answer "I don't know", then proceed to walk away. I have used U-haul before and never have I been treated this rudely. I will most definitely not be returning to this location and will not be recommending it to anyone else.

Ajanae TRusty's attitude is short and blunt. He did not offer any comment or information unless I asked him. When I first called to inquire about a truck, he was a jerk. I don't usually complain about customer service, but he basically offered NO customer service!

Ethan RLocal car repair facility with no service staff. They were fine just a little slow on service. AC was out in my truck half the time from Dallas to Tyler and in the summer TX heat was not good.
