richard bThe old guy from 2200 N Florida mango rd has some awful service. He can't even see the mileage . He just over charge my gas. no customer service at all. Shame on your company.
Jin KTruck was full of bugs and I had to bomb it and spray it 3 times. Worst I have ever experienced. I rent 7-10 times a year. I spent hours trying to kill the bugs driving around trying to get stronger and stronger bug sprays. They got into my suitcase and I had to wash my cloths 2 times just to get them out. Spent more time combating the bugs than working. The van was infested with roaches and they were under the mats and seats. This is the 1st time renting for my business in the last 4 years that I had any issues at all. I have pictures of the bugs crawling around the seats and flooring. I'm sure it would be an internet hit. They were red with 6 legs and big antenna. They they could star on a "men in black" sequence.
John NI selected an in-person check in so that I could have the traditional process but this location just told me to do everything by phone on mobile check in and check out.

William FI have never seen roach and spider inside a Uhall . It was not clean and all sorts of bugs were crawling in side the driving compartment . Very poor maintenance I also have been charged for a rental for 3 hours did not understand why as I drove less then 25 miles and also filled up the tank where It was marked . Can't get hold of anyone to explain
Asif RThis was the worst van rental I have ever experienced when it comes to cleanliness. Or lack thereof. The van was absolutely filthy with no signs of cleaning or maintenance in sight. This put me in a position to possibly lose out on a refund I was trying to acquire for a furniture piece I was returning. The entire van was crawling with roaches of all sizes. Whenever I or my wife would open a door, roaches would scatter all over and through the door seals. There was multiple areas of some sort of sticky residue on the floors. There was an open box of condoms left in the console plus trash and tons of markers. During the ride to return the van, not one but 2 roaches fell onto my wife making her feel highly uncomfortable and disgusted. I will certainly think twice before renting from U-Haul again if this is what I am going to be dealing with. The rental experience using the app could use improvement as well as I had to continuously log in when trying to check in to pick up the van in the first place. The owner of the pick up location was nice enough and had no idea this was the state their van was left in due to the way U-Haul 24/7 truck share is done. Overall, terrible experience.
Hiram RI rented a 15' truck to be picked by in West Palm at 9 am. Halfway there I decided to call to double check that it would be ready and the man told me "we don't have any trucks." I never received an email, phone call, text, nothing to tell Me there was no availability after booking. I was given the uhaul 1800 number and the man was kind enough to find the only 15' truck in the area to reassign me to. I showed up and was told by this location that the truck was out of service because of a faulty muffler that needed work and the woman said uhaul should see it's marked do not rent. Needless to say, I was frustrated. Luckily her location was a repair car shop and her mechanic decided to fix the uhaul and then I was able to take it a few hours later. Uhaul, do better!

LEE MThe owner of the drop off location (auto repair shop) first said he would be available to receive me and the uhaul at a specific timeframe and then he wasn't there when I got there. but to be fair...there was a cat 1 storm approaching so it's possible that's why he wasn't there, but I'm not definite. He should have warmed me he would not be there. It was very difficult to unlock and move the trailer in a parking spot by myself.

simon aReserved van online for 8:00 am. Arrived at 8:15 am to find shop dark and closed. Called number several times, no answer. Around back and over two parking lots I found van issued to me according to the UHaul app, it was unlocked but I didn't see keys. UHaul app had another number for shop so I called that... It was now 8:40 am and rude man, Simon Amar, acts aggravated with me on the phone, like what's the big deal and why am I upset. He then tells me keys are in the van, under the seat on the floor... How was I supposed to know that!? Van was filthy inside - empty soda can in front door pocket, glitter on seats, garbage in cargo space (paper, can spray paint, gallon of who knows what). It was terrible from start to his rude attitude at finish when I returned the van.

Andrew LNo one was there to receive truck…it was a body shop and head guy was not on location. Had to call several times to get someone and finally he answered and said to just leave keys in drop box…no other checkout instructions. We also filled gas MORE than halfway so should not be charged extra…will be calling today. Also not happy truck did not have a lock on back latch!

SHEILA YNo one was there to check in with a mechanic called a woman and she did a check in over the phone. They pointed me to the truck the keys were in it. I was told when I bring it back leve the keys in it. I returned the truck 5 hours later left keys in as instructed. I took numerous pics of truck and odometer before I left. Two day later I get altered and overcharged by the vendor. I had the truck for 5 hours they changed me for 3 days and they changed my request for no insurance and added it. They told me they could do nothing to call 1800uhaul. I did and the woman I spoke with told me I would be refunded around $106 in 3-5 business days and still have not seen this yet. I have rented many trucks over the year with never a problem. This has been total unacceptable!

Jose MMy appointment for pickup was 8am but there was no one there. I called the phone number at 8:15am and spoke to a very grouchy Hispanic man, who grew angrier when I told him I had completed the registration for the trailer rental and then added that I had not yet paid for it. He screamed at me that the registration was not complete if I hadn't paid yet and how dare I say otherwise. I reserved the trailer 3 days prior for 8am and it took them until 9am to get me on my way. I was the only customer there. Don't use this place.

Charles DVery unclear where the Uhaul was supposed to be dropped off and I had to hunt around for the key drop box. I would recommend adding a few signs or labeling the parking spots that are designated for the Uhaul.

simon AI just wanted to make note that I spoke with Kevin over the phone to check in for my reservation today. He told me the tank was full so that I must return it full. The tank was actually 3/4 full. I returned it with the tank a little more than 3/4 full- I just don't want to be charged extra. Also, the inside of the box portion was filthy upon pick up, it was apparent the last renter did not sweep it out. I made sure that I swept it out prior to return so I returned it in better condition than I picked it up in. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Much better and WAY more affordable than any other car rental company. This is a temporary move and I will be moving again in October/November and I will 100 % be back to rent from Uhaul for that move!
