First of all my reservation was for 4pm I didn't get a U-Haul until almost 6pm. The first location I went to they decided to close early I sat there 30mins until I had to go to another location further than what I already was they acted as if they dk I was coming for the U-Haul I was there for an hour I was charged for a dolly that I didn't get didn't get any paperwork or anything yes I am a upset customer

Have someone to help hookup and un hook, these trailer tongues are HEAVY. They did offer to help to hookup, but I had someone with me this time, however unhooking there was no one there at 12:00 noon in the day buy a little old lady at the register.

Cleaning the cab would have been nice. When I picked up the vehicle there were ashes from cigarettes on the dash and a cup from food someone ate. Also I requested a dolly and furniture mats and the facility didn't even carry those items, but I still got charged for it.

This location was the only one locally that had a 6x12 trailer in stock. It was out of the way but I made the trek to pick it up. The location is a drive-thru liquor store/ gas station, and had only one employee. It took far, far too long to pick up the trailer. Every time the drive-thru would ding, the attendant would tell me to wait and then went to help the other customers. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to check out a trailer that was reserved online. Unfortunately the experience was repeated once I turned the trailer in. 30 minutes, just to say "Hey, your trailer is back". The attendant didn't know how to operate the U-Haul system and just promised me that they'd check the trailer in later. Hopefully I won't get a late charge.

They uhaul was not clean at all at drove bad the AC did not want to cool very well and I was charged a extra 130 after returning it

The passenger tire was in very poor condition. There was a large section of rubber missing and steel belts exposed, side wall of tire had a large rip in it. I did a walk around the trailer before i left, took pictures of the existing condition of the trailer, the bad spot on the tire was on the bottom next to the ground and was not visible. I drove with the trailer for 250-300 miles with no issues. Tire made the trip but if i would have noticed the condition of the tire I would not have rented that particular trailer.

The did not want to help me get the trailer turned in they told me to figure it out online because they didint want to have to get the computer pulled up

Tow dolly had frayed straps, rachets we're old and rusty, didn't work well, one ramp didn't have it's spring loaded pin was tied with a piece of rope, had to get light connector from another unit because there was not one on it. Person in store was rude. Would not rent us the unit by just walking in said we had to reserve it online. Horrible customer service.

the tow dolly needs maintenance. The strap on the left side was too short....it would not reach the ratchet. One of the pens that locks the ramps was missing and a piece of rope held it in place.

The guy didn't know how to unhook the car transporter from the truck so I had to show him...

The young man at this location is extraordinary. He assisted in a down pour of rain when the trailer would not release from the truck receiver.

For starters don't tell a customer they look like someone who came in earlier who was trying to rent a U-haul with someone else's ID. Nor go back and forth and say yes that's you. Look at someone's ID accurately before making assumptions about them. I felt embarrassed because other people were in the store when she was talking to me as if I was of non importance. Have someone knowledgeable about U-Haul's when it comes to completing a return. I was highly dissatisfied!!

The trailers right brake/turn signal did not work. I had to have a tire replaced at El Dorado and another in Maumelle. The people at all locations were very helpful and courteous. If the trailer had been loaded I would have been stuck out in nowhere and unhappy but as it were I was blessed.

The lady who runs the u haul at Thomas Nurserey in Farmerville, La. is rude and unprofessional and I informative.

As far as the location goes, it was very good!! The website isn't clear and I only booked the truck for 6 hours, thinking I booked it for a day so I had to pay a little more than expected!

People at the store had no idea about renting the trailer which had to be done on line. We completed the order but the website auto ordered a bunch of packing materials and charged us for them. Very poor website and misleading. We still have not received a refund. Very dissatisfied with the entire experience. The trailer was good.

No agent available at noon on Saturday. Just dropped off and left keys in drop box. Later received my receipt for overage on mileage by 7,9 miles. Not sure how you calculate mileage. I went from pick up to my home, loaded drove to new home in West Monroe then drove to drop off! I believe it is just a rip off to get another $3 to $5 from the customer! Mileage was never explained at pick up and no one was there to talk to at drop off.

Upon returning the truck the young man working the store said there was no need in coming inside just drop the keys in the outside drivethru lane and the u-haul representative would be there the next day. There was nobody to verify no damage or gas was filled up. I would like someone to be attentive to the truck and verify everything if i am leaving it during normal operation hours.

They had more liquor in that location than any other gas station I have ever been in. The young man was professional and took good care of returning the vehicle.

Well they just took my money and left me to do all da hookups and said they didn't knw for to figure it out. So no I would never send anyone here, just sad and I had to go buy cord long enough to get lights on.

this location was located 30 miles from my home and I passed several uhaul locations. I feel this is your practice at u-haul and I will not be using your service again.

My over all experience was in inconvenience. I reserved a trailer at a location close to me in Ruston, while on the way there someone called me and told me it wasn't there and the closest location that had my equipment was 30 minutes away (this was inconvenient because my moving destination was 5 hours away). The guy who helped me there took a long time to process my reservation even after I did express check in, and the guy who helped me hook up the trailer didn't know what he was doing.

The u haul I reserved was not at the location or ready when I requested. Had to drive 40 minutes to get it and the trailer requested making my move time 8 hours behind time. However the place we picked it up at was professional about it.

This location was in a nice area, clean but the employee was trying to work the convenience store and the U-Haul rental at the same time. Only 1 employee so prepared for delays.

Trailer electrical connection was cut. I had to reattach wires myself. Man working at s Mart wasn't haul quality. Had to stop more than once to reconnect wires. Turned in truck and trailer a day early. I want some compensation for the trouble with trailer. Merci.

I reserved the trailer by the internet to his location. He said that he send it to another location. Why???

The local u-haul (so called dealers) ran me all over town for 5 - 6 hours between West Monroe and Monroe Louisiana. Now you are trying to charge me for an extra day when I still managed to return the truck within two days. When I asked some of them to call rather than me driving ALL over town, they said it was not their problem. Very angry about this, I would not recommend your company for rentals, anywhere around Monroe and West Monroe. I picked up the truck Friday at 1:30 pm and returned it by Sunday 6:30 pm. I GAVE the KEY to the attendant in Gulfport. That business was still open.
