1. The gas was at 9/16 not the 10/16 = 5/8 on the computer. 2. The mirrors did not stay as adjusted. Once the truck started moving the mirrors moved so could not see side of truck which made it dangerous on road and upon backing. Jesse K Hyder

Terrell LWhen we first tried to reserve it would say we were at this location and then would switch in the last step of our reservation to a location 20 miles away. Not sure why because our location had our product in stock.

Kirby BYour website reservations SUCK with a captital SUCK. We twice reserved trucks to be told days later "they're not available". That's a fine how do you do for someone already stressed out by a move. Thankfully this location had a truck available that your online site didn't know about I guess. Fix your damn site.
jeffrey AVery good people here. Truck was fine transaction was fast. My personal car had a muffler issues and the store worker took time to find some wire to help me solve my issues and get me and my car home. That's the kind of people I would got out of my way to do.business with again.

Timothy WI live in Lee's Summit, MO and setup a rental to get from a U-Haul center on 40 Highway. But the day of pick-up it was changed to Oak Grove, about a 40 mile round trip. I eat the gas on that and the time needed for the move. Otherwise, everything else was great.
David AThe only thing I didn't care for was having to fill out additional information that took 20-30min to do that cut into the time we had the U-Haul for. I wish all of that could have just been done in the beging whe making a reservation.
