Agent there was kind and very warm. Helped with the check in of the truck. Very good experience here overall.

FRED GThe trailer was listed as 6x12, the problem was that opening was only 58-1/2 inches wide. That is less than 5 feet. I expected to be able to load up my 5 foot mower on a 6 foot trailer and could not. I had to remove the mowing deck to get the loaded.

BRADLEY TI rented a trailer at 4:30 Monday, for Tuesday and Wednesday. Counter person said Uhaul closes at 4:30 Wednesday - I said I couldn't quite make that - they said ok, if I had trailer back before opening Thursday morning I would be charged for two days. I returned the trailer at 5:30 on Wednesday but Uhaul person was there, checked in the trailer and charged me for 3 days. I told her that my expectation was that I would be charged for 2 days, but she brushed me off. So, yes, technically I was an hour past the return time, although I was told return before Thursday open would be ok. Result: I won't rent from this location anymore. I'll use the locations with more expansive hours.
MARSHALL HLet the customer know ahead of time what all is required for returning, such as photos and gas. I think it's ridiculous I was charged $90+ for only putting 25 miles on the usual.

DEBRA PThe van we rented had never been cleaned up, has mud all over it, including windshield. I took pictures. Please make sure your representative that was working today gets her coffee or whatever she needs in order to be more friendly. Customer service is everything how business's is profitable when you have friendly - kind staff present at all times.

THOMAS WMelissa B. & Kiara H. at the 7606 Madison Blvd location both went above and beyond in helping with all aspects of this rental. Their help with a utility dolly, and walk-through of return processes relieved much of the stress involved with this move. If the need arises, we will definitely rent from 7606 Madison Blvd again. The facility was straightforward to locate, very clean outside and inside, easy to navigate (parking a uhaul truck), and well lit at night. We returned the truck and other equipment rentals overnight after location hours, using the uhaul app self- return option, and felt safe on the property. A special mention of Lauren at the uhaul 866 check-in number for ensuring the equipment drop-off for this rental was adjusted to the Madison Blvd location.
Kevin VSomewhat unfortunate having to turn right when leaving the parking lot, but otherwise a great experience for me as a first-time Uhaul renter.
