There were some problems with this rental. I ordered two dozen blankets and was told on the pick up day that they were not available. Was then told that I could call UHaul customer support or another location to find some. I asked if it wasn't their responsibility to find the blankets and was told that they worked for Mini Storage, not UHaul. Fortunately I was able to pick up blankets at my usual Pass Rd location. The second issue was that the battery died (or was drained - check with the Copperfield location). I had to jump it three times. The third issue was that the driver's door was difficult to close. I've seen this with UHaul trucks in the past where the top hinge seems to stick, eventually warping the door.

I ask her to let's do a inspection of truck, she said no need too it is all documented of any issues on vechicile . I ask her for a copy said it was not necessary, inside can I had to wipe it dirty, old paper towels in truck . Very disappointed and definite this establishment does not want to deal with uhaul customers

James H.I didn't like the perimeter bumper/tie off rails. Te bumpers were mounted tight to the walls with slots for straps which didn't work well. Previous trailers I rented had a space between the rail and the wall giving easy and unlimited tie locations.

Duwayne K.The rental process was effortless, but the young lady that I spoke with after my rental was very rude. I failed to put gas in the vehicle, my fault, and i left an item in the vehicle, it was very dark In the truck that night and I couldn't see. I take responsibility for those charges. However, I only ask her to break the items (charges) down for me, cost, and she was very angry! Didn't feel as though she had to do it, she said she didn't have time to do that because she had laryngitis and couldn't talk, and in addition to that she had two people in front of her waiting to be serviced. I guess I was no longer of importance, not a true customer at that point, you have my money after all. I didn't like her tone (with laryngitis) nor did i like the way she brushed me off. I was very calm and never raised my voice, but she was short tempered and got mad. I very disappointed. 12/14/21.

Suzanne W.The lady in the office was incredibly rude throughout the entire rental procedure. She talked down to me when I asked why I needed to swipe my card again after I had already entered payment information on the U-Haul website. After much pressing she informed me that it was a hold that be released after it was charged again at the office. I told her upon pickup that I might need the trailer an extra day and asked if I could simply keep it and be charged for an additional day. She said yes. Then on the day after the initial return date, she called me and asked me why I hadn't brought the trailer back yet. I explained to her that we had discussed me keeping it an extra day. She said she didn't remember this and stated “you could at least call us if you decide you want to return my equipment late.†This was infuriating as I had already discussed this with her and for her to call multiple times asking like I did something wrong was insulting. I normally don't leave reviews or feedback but this was an abnormally low level of customer service.
Tyler J.The trailers right back tire was dry rot and we end up getting a flat. We did 4 1/2 hours for roadside assistance which we paid for and nobody ever came. The goodness of a good Samaritan got us on our way

David J.I told the person that they need to get the mileage checked on the truck when we took it back because it's not reading correct that I knew how many miles we went and the truck had something different so they were cheating customer's. We also told her the blankets were wet and needed she said she could just charge me $25.00. She pointed to the sign in back of truck said I should of read the signs. I am 68 years old and I do not climb in trucks. I guess it's to much trouble to tell us when we reanted the truck. I put as much gas as the pump would allow but did not show full she was going to charge me $8 + because she said I was one line less than what she said I should have. I've had bad experience with uhaul and I will not tell anyone to use them. We did everything we was told to do and it stil
Margaret W.I had to sweep the truck out prior to use. The steering was very loose and it had to be driven extra carefully. The vehicle if that size with bad steering could cause serious injuries.

Cheri M.Unfriendly staff. Salty woman told me that because I was late (due to traffic and navigation issues which I explained), I was lucky that my reservation wasn't cancelled and the trailer I had booked wasn't taken by another. Also told (unpolitely) to turn off my car because she was “eating my exhaust.†Very clean restroom.

Louis S.The ladies in the office were so nice and super fast got us in and out and on our way. This place also has some of the cleanest self storage units I have ever seen! We relocate every few years due to work so we encounter more rental and storage facilities than most and this place is top notch all the way around!

Robert J.Have a a backup method for returning the equipment. I returned the equipment during business hours but the location was closed (it was a Sunday I get it ). But U-Haul.com was down, the app didn't work, the 800 number didn't work, and the numbers to the individual U-Haul locations were not working. U-Haul did the right thing and didn't charge me a late fee but it was stressful.

And was close enough and thought instead of risking damaging everything lifting it to put it on the ball and she tried to act like I pushed it into her knee. Which was a heavy over statement. More like she leaned toward it yelling at me to stop. And I hadn't even moved it yet. And then continued to make fun of my driving skills upon drop off of the equipment used

Tammy H.The “manager†lady is a surly woman, abrupt to to point of rudeness. I had come to the facility, with my son. We attempted to attach the trailer to the truck that would pull it, and the same woman stated (quote). “You wanna get outta the way, and let me do that?†Our attempt at kindness was met with a very unprofessional attitude and rude deportment. While she was hooking it up, she determined that the wire harness had an abrasion on it. She sent the other employee to the next trailer to scavenge one from it. To our surprise, while the brake lights worked, and turn signals worked, the next morning, (4:00 am), we find out the taillights DIDN'T work. We mentioned that after returning your equipment (1305 was the number on the trailer), and she said “don't worry about itâ€. The defective lights caused us to have to run close behind to make the reflectors look like taillights I'll use Ryder next time.
