The only think I would recommend is to not charge for the utility, I think it could be included in the rent cost

Scott BDisappointed with pick up. There was no dolly (needed item). My planning ahead didn't work. Truck was clean inside, the out side was not clean. As far as easy picking up what a joke. Spent over 45 minutes picking up. Ordered head of time, talked to some one Saturday morning and still had to wait for an approval. I was thinking that all the advance planning was to save time at the pick up.
