UHaul changed my original reservation (Reservation#96259834) to a different sized truck and a different day than needed without my knowledge. Then when I didn't show up to get the truck, my reservation was canceled completely. When I saw the cancelation email, I booked a new reservation for the original day I needed (Reservation #96406917). However, when I arrived to get the truck, after waiting nearly an hour, I was told the truck wasn't available because previous renter had kept the key. I was offered a 15 ft truck instead of the 10 ft truck I wanted. However, the cargo area of the truck was locked and store owner couldn't provide combination. After being put 1 and 1/2 hour behind schedule, store owner finally arrived on site and opened cargo lock. I would like my $50 reservation guarantee payment.

The young lady that helped us was fantastic! THE TRAILER SHOULD HAVE A JACK!!! I INJURED MY BACK HOOKING THE TRAILER UP TO MY TRUCK AND AS A RESULT WAS ONLY ABLE TO MOVE HALF OF WHAT I NEEDED TO MOVE!!!!

The guy that handles u haul was not here. I checked it in using your website to make sure it was correct.

We used the online process for checkout so we had no interaction with anyone to do so. Tue location was very easy to find and had ample parking available. We arrived in tue middle of a rainstorm so it made the checkout process a little less enjoyable, but certainly not anything that would prevent us from doing again.

I dropped the trailer off on time and was told that I didn't need to complete any additional paperwork. The next day I received emails and a phone call stating the trailer hadn't been turned in. But issue was resolved quickly.

The pickup location is a liquor store. The man canceled my reservation…accidentally. Took 45 minutes in what should have taken 2 minutes.

Add tongue jack to trailer. Would be extremely helpful for self drop off or pickup.

It was my first time renting a truck, and I had to pay the price of not making the return online, taking pictures of the state of gasoline, I left a little more than the level I received, but in the office where I delivered the truck, they billed me for gasoline that was not needed! next time I will do the delivery online. but the attention of the store was friendly, if we put aside the extra billing.

When I got over there they check me in for 20" inches truck after that they can't find the keys make me wait for 20 to 40 minutes and overcharged me a trailer since they can't find the key of the truck been called them all day with no answers at the end of next day they call me The manager not there for helping me, tomorrow morning I'm going to call 1800 haul to get my money back since they overcharge me.

I was charged twice and way over charged for fuel! Such a scam. I will never use uhaul again!

The trailer turn signal is blown on the right side if looking at the front.

Take customer out to view truck. I assume the truck was clean and ready for next customer but when I opened the back it had lots of food crumbs on the floor.
