Adrian WOther than the manager, employees don't know how to do anything other than use the tablet. They could not make/take a reservation in the store. I had to make one on my phone while there, and then it didn't show on the tablet, so they could not confirm I had a reservation. When I returned the truck, the employee only took the key--didn't check the truck, didn't provide proof of return, nothing. I used this store because it was less than 2 miles from my house and U-Haul charges by the mile. Otherwise, I would have gone to another store.
Dan OThe uhaul leaked water while it was raining and got all of the inside boxes wet.
Connor GI came here for the advertise price of 1995 after all sit and done I believe that price is is very deceitful. I ended up paying close to $200 and I only had the vehicle for about five hours. I am not happy with the advertise price and then the final price. Very shady.
Claudia HThe U-Haul was no clean nor maintained properly and shook horribly bad. I was then charged an additional 44 dollars for a late drop off even though I dropped the equipment off on time. I will never use U-Haul again I will be using budget rentals or another competitor from now on. This is not good business nor how to keep customers.

jamese cIt is a very good location close to my home. Everything was prepared and ready for me when I arrived. The service representative was courtesy and very informative of the online process.
Rogers DTruck was filled with trash , I was over charged when not told I was responsible for.

Gary HThe Uhaul App was not working well. I reserved it online, had to enter photo of my drivers license... then when I picked up the truck, had to do it again... feels like a waste of time... then I did the picture of odometer 4 times before giving up... frustrating
John CThis location tried to help with the fuel being lower than they originally said it was when I rented the truck, but was unable to credit me for the extra gas that I put in the truck.

Ronald MVehicle was dirty and after each crank would not start. I sat on the side of the road for 2 hours after vehicle wouldn't start, went to the store to purchase jumper cables and waited for help to assist me. Upon the jumper cables failing, I called U-haul customer service and they sent me through a 2 minute "stolen vehicle" procedure and the vehicle started. This wasted my time and made me late for work. Upon reaching my destination the vehicle would not go into reverse "with video proof" so myself and my pregnant fiancé had to unload items for my home from the street. Upon returning the vehicle it was brought to my attention by Charles Webb, the store owner of this location, that this was the incorrect vehicle that was supposed to be rented from the beginning. I would not recommend this or any other U-haul to anyone.

LARRY CWhen I turned the truck in, I turned it in about an hour early. I understand that Charles might have been trying to run a store but I asked if he needed to come out and check the truck, and he did not. If there was a problem with the gas It should have been brought to my attention at that time. I put gas in the truck. I was only required to do 3/4. Gas is not 130. I am willing to pay for the overgin mileage but I am not willing to pay a $130 for gas because I put gas in there. Even if it was empty it wouldn't be a $130
SONYA NFirst the truck was moved over 100 miles from my original pickup location without ANY notice. I told them I did not want any extra days but a patrial refund for having to drive 200 MILES out of my way to get a truck. Instead they gave me and extra day when was not needed. The truck was a complete mess smelled like cigarettes, and had barely any gas in it. I was not compensated for the issues with pickup and should receive money back!

Stanley JVery professional, she knew what to do, to further assist, us since I had left my ID, calmed us and go us on the road quickly, very knowledgeable about the U-Haul's handling of travel. Her smiles, and her take control attitude, started our trip out RIGHT. Inever remember names that good but her smile and wanting to help will always be with me and Mr. Holmes. Thank you God Bless!

CHRISTINA Pfor one the location was way out of my way to pick up. 70 miles to be exact. The guy was super rude at pick up and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to him. The uhaul was great & clean except for the back , it had to be swept and cleaned out before we could even load our furniture inside.
MICHELLE DUhaul rep met me outside however charged me more for whatever service. Needed better explanation of what or how UHaul works. Didnt think if I rented for 2 days but didnt use for two days I'd get refunded. Not charged for mileage as well....

Kayla WThe truck a/c went out during our trip. we made several call with no luck of any help and what to do. Also when a made my reservation online I made it where I needed a truck and tow dolly but the I only got the truck. I had to go to multiple places to find a tow dolly.
Justin FVehicle I needed was readily available at this location as was indicated on their website. The uhaul website would not recognize my location for my self help pickup, however the people at Sams food mart were ready and willing to assist. Full pickup time including recieving keys, dolly and inspection of vehicle was under 10 minutes. Reasonably priced for vehicle use of 6 hours. Would definitely use this location again.

Tom SLocation told us we had to have the truck back in 6 hours when we had reserved it for 24. Location over charged and gave us no paper work. Charged for gas when gas was same as when we left. We had to call uhaul to get it all fixed. The guy at the location just kept telling us everything was in line. Very rude
